The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I had forgotten my pillow there and they were able to return it to me after my cruise. I was pleasantly surprised because I have lost many pillows at hotels where i was told that they didn’t find it in the room. They pick you up at the airport, but finding the pick up spot is not easy. There are no signs that say hotel pick up and I had to ask 3 or 4 people to try and find where it was at. In doing so, I missed the 7:00pm shuttle and had to wait an hour for the 8:00.

It is a great hotel close to the airport, however, there is nothing within walking distance. No restaurants, shops, etc. We ate both meals in the hotel bar/restaurant but would have liked some variety.

The bathtub situation is terribly dangerous and totally awkward to use!! The tub should be removed and replaced with a full shower stall. Nobody takes a bath in a hotel room, anyway! The tile floors became slippery and dangerous! Not a good choice for a bathroom!

Adequate for one night stay
The lobby staff was very helpful. The restaurant service at dinner was good. Delicious food! Didn’t eat breakfast. In our room, we heard next door’s tv, rather loudly, through the adjoining door. Found popcorn crumbs & a peanut on a table in lobby, and a small piece of keenex on the floor. Thin bath towels, comfy bed. Very courteous shuttle driver. We were happy to use cell chargers with usb in the lobby, since we didn’t bring European electrical adaptors. Didn’t try swimming pool nor fitness center.

Check in was easy and quick. All staff we encountered were professional, friendly, helpful in answering our questions. The room was good-sized, quiet, and clean, and the water stayed in the shower. There was a van to the Athens airport at no extra charge at 5am, and we were very pleasantly surprised about that. The staff had coffee and fruit ready for us at 5am, which was very nice. I would highly recommend this property.

Staff are quite rushed and can be rude. The check in process is complicated and the shuttle isn't automatic. You have to book. There is a lot of red tape associated with the smallest things. If you want an invoice you have to ask for it.

We were very impressed with this hotel. Room was quiet and clean. A/C was extremely quiet so we were able to leave it on while we were sleeping. Beds were very comfortable, excellent water pressure in the shower. Buffet breakfast was one of the best we've ever had for selection. Free shuttle was very convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to the airport.
