Check in 3pm, told to call ahead to have room ready. In town for wedding at 4pm, called ahead at 12 pm and 2 pm, unable to check in until after wedding. Booked double room, double bed, did not have double room, and it was a smoking room, should have been none smoking. Room was not ready because housecleaning took more than 4 hours to clean, and room was old, and poorly cleaned. Customer service was poor, no ink for printer, could not print out forms for signatures, or copy drivers license. Continental breakfast was slim, many locals in eating food. I will never go to one again.
