quick check-in /out. accessible. clean.

Pros: no frills. you know what you get up front.
Cons: newer mattress. the one I got was pretty used and lumpy.
Location: lots of restaurants nearby and no traffic issues to access.
The room was large and clean. Quiet location and easy access to main thoroughfare. Check-in/out efficient.

Good crash pad but loud

Pros: The bed was good and the shower hot.
Cons: Security to enforce sound levels.
Location: within 3 miles of downtown Athens, not too bad.
The 200 building gets very loud at late hours of the night. The front desk may be called but the noise will never be totally gone.

The guy at check in (William) was rude an attempted to overcharge me for the room. He magically found the reservation with the right price.

You can choose better for your money

Bad location and front desk reps lie about manager not actually being there and Ive actually did an unexpected pop up to verify

Dreadful. Maid came and cleaned half the room. Later came back just when we were leaving (entered without knocking), but when we returned, one of the beds still unmade. Coffee machine, but no creamer or sugar. Decor in colors of puke and puss. Should have been $30/night but was $100.

Great Staff - Nice rooms

Pros: Staff - Eddie was great.
Took students to convention in Athens. Great staff. Very helpful. Room was very nice for the money.

The walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors conversations. Staff is not overly friendly.
