Yuck!
Definitely not as it appears on Hotels.com! Heat didn’t work, carpet was disgusting, linens were dirty, and vent in bathroom was suppose to be white but was so dirty it was black!

Room smelled like an ashtray. Curtains wouldn’t cover window completely. Stains on sheets and pillow cases. Hair in the bed and bathroom floor. Lamp shade had marks where cigarettes had been put out on it. We decided to drive home 5 hours in the middle of the night rather than stay in that place.

We checked in late which is our own fault but the room was dirty as if it wasnt really cleaned. There were dirty scraps of toilet paper on the bathroom floor, and debris of all sorts. The trash bin had something spilled in it like cocacola or chocolate. It was just nasty. I wouldnt reccomend this hotel to anyone. Not worth the price by any means.

Room was very damp and mildew-smelling, probably due to not running AC when unoccupied. Pillows smelled like dirty hair. Smears on walls. Should be under $70/night or less. Way below expectations.

Old motel and the room was not clean. The AC was not working well and the hallway leading to the room was dirty. We had a 2nd floor room and the guardrail was very loose and unsafe. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback. You must be mistaken us with some other hotel because we have not received any complaints about bed bugs. We have just replaced all mattresses, platform beds and furniture in last few months. We hope to see you again soon.

We left soon after check in because the three rooms we reserved were filthy. The bathroom smelled of recent sexual activity and other things. I gagged. I worked in a hospital setting for 46 years and do not gag easily! These rooms were disgusting!

Unfortunately it is a worn out property. The host and hostess were very charming people but broken ice machine, lack of breakfast and the need of repairs would keep me from using that motel again.

The stay was friendly but our room was rather unkept. The beds looked as if they had not been cleaned and the bed was clumsily made. There was a dirty sock in the corner of the bed. Graffiti was on a photo against the wall. The bath tub had broken shelves and the room smelled like cigarettes and mold. The floor was in need of a major vacuuming. There was also quite a bit of activity in the adjacent hotel that was just beside “Super 8” it “appeared” as if lots of women were going back and forth in the short amount of time we were there. The batteries on our security door went bad and we had to wait until someone could fix it before we could get back in our room. I was traveling with my younge daughter and niece and I did ask the clerk if this was a safe area and she told me yes. However I felt just the opposite. Again the staff was very friendly and prompt but the rooms were not good and the area was not safe feeling.

This hotel is awful and should be shut down. I left and paid for another hotel. There was cracker crumbs on the carpet, hair in the bathroom, the curtain in the room was half town down and the door and handles were filthy.

This property should be shut down. Expedia/motel website doesn't have ONE good endorsement. From cockroaches and spiders in the beds to on the floors and walls, smells, dirty, windows filthy. I requested a refund from expedia from this place, it should be REMOVED from the available motels in Commerce, Georgia by Expedia for their own reputation.

This is honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, it was disgusting, snot on the bedding and counters, roaches and everything is black with dirt! I don’t like to complain but out of all my travels this place is horrible and don’t know how it even passes any kind of inspection, dangerous drug users in the parking lot as well

The room itself was fine. It was clean. However, there was no cable or even local TV. To watch anything other than free streaming, I had to enter personal subscription info - bad on a fall Sat night when I want to watch college football and/or MLB playoff games. I've never stayed somewhere that didn't even provide local channels. The reservation was for 2 queen beds, but at first, gave me a 1 queen room. Once I asked, they switched it for me - which was fine. I'm just not sure why they did not give me what I reserved in the first place. The coffee maker in the room was unusable because the part that holds the filter was missing. Signs said breakfast was not available due to COVID-19. Not trying to start a political debate about this, but guests should know this. At this point, many other places have brought back their breakfast options. If guests are concerned, they can choose not to eat.

I got a room for 4 nights. Cockroach infested! killing about 10-20 a day. The cleaning lady said she would clean it. She never came back and never did clean. The bathroom had green and black mold all over the walls. When i checked in it looked like 2-3 months of built up dirt and trash in all the corners of the room. I can tell when they vacuum they never pull the furniture away from the wall. No matter how bad it is.

Worst Hotel in the area.
This place is a dump! It’s an old building bit that is no excuse for the filth. Parking lot was full of trash. Grass was cut I. Some areas, and other area’s looked like it had been cut after months of not being cut so dead grass and trash everywhere. Walking in room we were hit with an odor ! Just rank! Beds were nice but not sure if sheets had been changed. Around the tub Was gross and had someone else’s body hair In Bottom. Will NEVER EVER stay here again.
