The Berry Me in Bacon!
Out of the copious amounts of things we sampled, this was by far, my favorite!
A delicious dough with just the right amount of chew, similar to a perfect pizza crust, enveloping a mound of white cheddar cheese with sweet, plump blueberries and generously sliced slabs of beautiful bacon woven throughout!
We ate so much and it was all absolutely the most impressive and #delicious baked good experience I've ever had!

This pastry is wrapped around a poached pear and stuffed with even more more pears and a sweetened peanut butter like filling!

The Bomba de Cereza! (Cherry Bomb)
A spelt/rye flat-bread topped with mangchego cheese, capers, sweet peppers and cherry bomb peppers stuffed with chorizo!

These are spelt (an ancient species of wheat) vegan cornettas with spinach, potato, eggplant, beet, sweet peppers, squash, etc...

On the left is a puff pastry filled with a almond tahini pudding (that was out of this world!) and topped with plums, raspberries, blackberries and a blackberry jam.
On the right is a stuffed bread called a fougasse parmentier filled with potato, cilantro, cheddar, carrots, bacon and roasted sassafras leek.
