From check-in, the staff did not help us with baggage, and the process at reception was slow; once we got to the room, it had three single beds when we only requested a double (conjoined singles in the booking). The bathroom was dirty with hair in the tub, and the bath plug was missing; the air conditioner was very noisy, and I heard guests in the foyer complain about this also. The pool is not heated and so cold that no one would swim in it, the bar by the pool is closed and looks under construction, and the bar upstairs was understaffed and had dirty cups all over the countertop. Navigating to the room is complex and there is no staff to help with this. Overall would avoid this hotel, it’s not close to any city nearby and you would be disappointed if staying for a few days compared to central Athens

We stayed in April and had booked a Family Bunglow with private pool. Had a terrible experience : Ended up dealing with maintenance issues - door locks didn't work and it took the maintenance guy couple of hours to fix it during which we were stuck in the room and missed the sunset by the beach. The TV wasnt working either initially and the private pool was cold and dirty. We decided to just use the main pool, but guess what - the pool was roped off and "not yet open for the season" and only 1 restaurant was operational and the rest were also not yet open! None of this was mentioned or made transparent during booking. Location is great by the water/mountains but all the rest of the poor experience isnt worth the price you pay :(

I booked a room with an outdoor jacuzzi and those rooms weren’t even ready. They are being sold on expedia but are not available as they are still being put together. Was offered a villa with an indoor jacuzzi that was beautiful but the jacuzzi didn’t work. overflowed into the bathroom when water was let out. It’s clear that problem existed before due to the water damage visible on bottom of bathroom door and bedroom door. Thankfully we were only cleaning it first with very little water to be drained. Noticed the problem and was told we have to drain it slowly. As if we’re going to stand there all night letting the stopper in and out. Ridiculous to even say such a thing to a guest paying over $300 a night for a room. I got this room only for the jacuzzi as we were getting off a 13 hour flight and wasn’t able to use it. Really a shame because the property had potential

It’s quiet, away from busy city. Definitely a huge hotel. The rooms are small but decent. The bathroom had extra soap in the tub, unsure if it was leftover residue or cleaning product.

Hotel is beautiful but the room is outdated. - Old shower - TV was not working - effectively no views. They say you have mountain view, but there is only 4 meters distance between the rocky mountain and your balcony. God knows how people stay here in the summer - when you check on expedia, it says that the distance to the airport is 3 miles. But actually its 10 miles. Taxi costed €30 eachway. I might as well have paid to stay at the airport hotel. Misleading!!!!!

This is a resort a 25 to 30 mins drive from ATH intl airport. Very nice property, great ocean and hills views, great swimming pools and sunbathing chairs and tiki umbrellas. Great food, many options for included breakfest. Cons: no shuttle available from/to airport.

The hotel itself is very pretty but the rooms (not the bungalows) are old, small, and not well maintained. Our room had many broken elements, lights that didn't work, broken drawers and such. The fold out sofa for kids is very claustrophobic and can really only sleep small children. Behind it there were dust bunnies galore.

It was ok stay, photos looked good on line when we booked it..only buffet breakfast was open daily (but same exact lame food everyday) some days there was no dinner buffet, other restaurants were closed (may be due to the tail end of a season for them but this is not an excuse, for travellers there is not end of season, travellers travel) half of the menu was not available when we ordered our food, too much salt and when I asked even for food that I ordered I’m told Greek people eat too much salt lol, I’m sure they can ask for level of salt for food that is ordered if they can’t put less salt in buffet and there isn’t any restaurants near by you can walk to or order to get it delivered and FOOD IS VERY EXPENSIVE AT THE HOTEL. Reason I picked this hotel was to relax but I didn’t know there is nothing close by I can go to by walking shops, restaurants etc and stuck here without a good food and salt food, I had headache eating salting food, anytime I did but yes one thing good happened I lost 3LB after couple of days of headaches because I stopped eating and went on fasting while at the hotel, only ate outside when visited the city and only had less salty food 😂 Staff overall I say was ok but nothing exceptional with them either. Our toiled seat was broken (I went to common toilet room as they were somewhat spacious to sit comfortably lol, hand towel hanger was broken/loose, bathroom was very tiny, actually smaller then my walk in closet lol

The property itself is ok with an amazing view. The room service is very, very bad. 1- Durant my stay 2 of my 8 days my room was not clean. I had to wait 45 minutes after a long day tour. Get back to the hotel at 8:30 pm, than to my room still not clean for the whole day. 2- The phone in the room is not working. Stead of calling 0 for the operator in the lobby as they stated on the hand out flyer. I had to walk out of my room claim the hill to go to them at the lobby. That's mean I was on my own in case of an emergency. 3- If you don't have change to buy a bottle of water, You can drop dead according to their policy. Only 2 free bottles allowed, period. No matter how long you stayed.

Our stay at the hotel in Athens had its pros and cons. The location, convenient to the airport, was a plus, but being far from the city's action was a drawback. The room fell short of 5-star standards with a mix of humidity, cigarette odor, and dust. Fabrics, including curtains, carried an unpleasant smell. A broken shower head made bathing challenging. The twin beds, posing as a king, led to an uncomfortable night. On the bright side, the front desk accommodated us with a partial ocean view. In short, I would not recommend staying here. We did not use the facilities so we can’t comment on this.

The view was nice and the rooms were clean, but the dining facility and pool area cloth was disgustingly dirty. It is not near restaurants and the only option for lunch was a $35 buffet. The buffet had many choices but the food was dry from sitting out too long. Very disappointing.

The first room we got was right under the hotel's main engine or something like that. the noise was terrible. The staff was kind and efficient and we moved to a different one. The breakfast was way over priced and didn't justify the price. the main area is nice. the pool and the beach are nice. the rooms are very small.

It's in a fairly remote area so you are kinda trapped at the resort. On Expedia I sorted by "all inclusive" and this was the first result but only breakfast was included. There's one expensive restaurant for eating other meals. The rooms and resort were nice enough until one company had a conference there. That night it was too noisy to sleep.

This facility is based on an all inclusive model. The buffet was 35 euros each and had a lot of not hot food! The view from our room was a tar paper roof. The lobby is lovely and so was the room. I was just very disappointed with the facility. The pool area is lovely but the pool is freezing. The beach area with loungers was nice. We only spent one night here but probably a family would enjoy the facility.

Nice pool, beach and sports facilities but rundown
The hotel is fairly rundown and certainly not 5 star - max 3.5 stars. The rooms are cramped and complete lack of soundproofing - you can hear everything of what is said and happening outside your room (and vice versa). We stayed in a “Family Executive Suite” which turned out to be two interconnecting rooms with one bathroom removed as a pretend living area (it really was not an area anyone would use). The room did not match the photos on hotels.com which seemed to suggest an actual living room. Rooms feel old but the bed and pillows were good and decent blackout curtains. The pool area is however really nice as is the seafront (it is not really a beach but that didn’t matter for us). The hotel has some great sports facilities, but despite having built a 3G football pitch the reception didn’t have any footballs to provide (unbelievable). We only managed to get a football on our second day. Bring your own sports equipment to avoid disappointment. The half board means a buffet meal, absolutely nothing 5 star about the buffet offering. The hotel has a number of bungalows which did seem to be much nicer than the actual hotel. If we were to come here again, we would certainly stay in a bungalow. Views from the hotel are stunning and location is convenient, short distance to the airport (c €25) and a €50 taxi ride to Athens city centre. The hotel isn’t in a town however there are some simple restaurants a short taxi ride from the hotel.

Good resort! We stayed one night just while waiting overnight to fly out of Athens. It was a nice place to go to simply lay by the pool and relax. Their dinner restaurant is delicious! One of the best Greek salads I had in Greece! Staff were helpful and easy to deal with. Good for people with kids.

Property is pretty isolated, view is ok. The facilities are finished nicely and then some things like chairs are tattered, worn and broken. Food option were very limited and ok quality but not at the price. Buffet was 35€. Lounge drinks were very expensive. 25€ for a rum and Coke and Aberol Spritz. We thought it was closer to the Airport than going from Athens, we didn’t want to get caught in morning traffic. Turns out it was was just as expensive as driving in from Athens.

Was a great place yo relax at the end of our two week vacation before heading home. It was great choice for an airport hotel. My only issue was the pool was so cold we couldn’t enjoy it. The buffet at the restaurant was very good with a great selection.
