### New spacious apartment located in Piraeus (E1)

New spacious apartments in the new building, located in the popular area of Piraeus, close to both the center of Athens and the Port of Piraeus.  
The apartment is located on the 5th floor, overlooking the city. It's excellent location is only 1km from Karaiskakis Stadium, 5min from Peiraios Avenue and 10min from Athens Technopolis.  
A modern open space apartment on the 5th floor.  
At your disposal there is a large living room, fully equipped kitchen for cooking, two light bedrooms with double bed and a large balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee.
