We had a delay in our airlines, which altered our Nights of accommodations. The staff was so helpful and made sure we were taken care of. When we decided to head out for the day, they supplied us with great ideas for our remaining time. Highly recommend!

Great place in the city!
Great location, walkable to lots of sites and restaurants. If you get a room with no view just know it will face a concrete wall. Not a huge issue for us since we weren’t in the room much but hard to tell what the weather is like. A little bit of a tight room but clean and modern so totally okay for a quick 2 night stay. Great breakfast and super nice staff. Akis from the front desk went above and beyond helping find a spa treatment nearby, calling for us and even sending us a list of places.

Fantastic place to stay in Athen! Very friendly staff. Easy 7minute casual walk to downtown. Lots of shopping and restaurants within minutes of the door. And the top floor suite has an amazing view of the Acropolis’s and Parthenon

The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation from the cruise terminal to the hotel and then again from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast that was included was a convenient option but be aware it is a vegetarian cafe. The staff in the cafe was attentive. The only issue, there was a faint odour in our room sometimes as we walked through the door. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It was in a very convenient location. We could walk everywhere.

Room was comfortable. Our travel mates were missing their room safe on arrival (addressed) and fridge didn’t work but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location for first time visitors to Athens. Staff were great.

Top notch hotel, had to extend my stay twice I loved it so much! Best location in the city, clean, well appointed rooms, custom made breakfast with anything you want! Special thanks to Miriam, who recommended to us the best nightspots in the city and made reservations for us, and Jason who gave me tips on all the day spots. If I had one gripe, it would be that the rooms are on the smaller side, but I checked online every other hotel in the area and they all seem that way, I guess a small sacrifice to stay in a trendy hotel in the best location. Next time I come to Athens, I will be staying here.

The hotel was great, super clean and well appointed and spacious. It had a boutique feel while also being quiet and comfortable. The location was great right next to the Plaka, Acropolis and other sites. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wish my visit had been longer but will definitely be back!

Overall a great value for a lovely room with high end touches. The bedding is amazing and loved the overall aesthetics of the property. The only feedback I’d provide is that the room is a bit small for two people and the bathroom could be more private as it has milky glass doors that another person can see through while using the restroom. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to stay in a central location in Athens.

Staff were friendly and the room was decently clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing too special. Everything is made to order so plan to have some extra time in the morning for breakfast. It's a little silly that you have to pay extra if you want more than one coffee with the free breakfast.

This is a Comfortable boutique hotel steps from Syntagma Square, near the Metro and about ten minutes walk from the Plaka. The location is in a fun lively neighborhood full of bars and restaurants. There is excellent shopping on Ermou street just 2 blocks away.

Niki hotel staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Book the room with the acropolis view it is an incredible loft with your own elevator to the room. The hotel is well kept right in the center next to EVERYTHING. The bar had amazing cocktails and we took them up to the balcony to enjoy the view of the Parthenon. Such a phenomenal hotel highly recommend it.

first off, Niki Athens Hotel in a GEM! from the facilities to the staff - if I can give them more than excellent I will give it to them hands down. I just want to share that we had awesome stay in this family owned hotel. It's right in the middle of the city center , everything is walking distance from the sites , resturants and shopping places! Thank you for making our first visit in greece so much fun and memorable! Highly recommended.

Car broken into during check-in!
The hotel is great but there is no onsite parking, and self park is dangerous. There's no place to leave a car even to check in but we found a space across the street. In the the minutes it took at the front desk, there was already someone who had jimmied the door lock and was rummaging in the trunk. Niki hotel should only advertise as paid parking available off-site, and to contact the hotel before arrival

Loved this hotel. Rooms are small but full of well thought out design elements. We were only there for one night and wished we had more time. The staff are absolutely amazing. From dealing with phone calls I was receiving at the hotel to a 2:30 am mini emergency, they were always helpful. Breakfast the next morning was also really good. Location is a short walk to both the Park, Syntagma and the shopping/restaurant district of Plaka. Couldn't be happier with this location. Will definitely put this on my list of hotels for future visits.
