The staff was excellent throughout. The bellhops always greeted me with a smile and excelled above anyone else. The area is near a homeless encampment in which you are sorta force to walk by if you want to reach a-lot of places in central Athens. I wouldn't say it was dangerous, as I am from New York so that isn't anything I'm not use to but it is a bit unnerving.
The pool area is very tiny, its shared with the restaurant. The service was pretty solid but when i was sunbathing and some kids were swimming, its common to get splashed because of how tiny the area is.
Breakfast was a huge plus, its free and its quite diverse in its offering. Across the street from the hotel is a great cafe.
