The pool is not operational, consider this while booking. My whole experience in greece was awesome, whoever this hotel ruined it a bit. The staff is not courteous, when we complained about the key is not working , the guy in front desk said in anger we must be doing something wrong.

The rooms are very spacious and modern. The refurb work was ongoing on 2nd floor but did not bother us on the 14th floor. There is a 24/7 off license nearby. Bed was comfortable - overall good experience. We will visit here again.

Title: Disappointing Experience at the President Hotel I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the President Hotel, and I must say it was far from satisfactory. The overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were not properly maintained, with visible dirt and dust in various corners. It was evident that cleanliness was not a priority at this establishment. Adding to the disappointment was the incessant noise that plagued my stay. Whether it was loud conversations in the hallways or banging noises from neighboring rooms, it seemed impossible to find a moment of peace and quiet. The lack of soundproofing was a major oversight that significantly affected the quality of my rest. Additionally, the staff's response to these issues was lackluster. Despite bringing up my concerns with the front desk, there was no real effort made to rectify the situation or offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. Considering the subpar cleanliness and the constant noise disturbances, I cannot recommend the President Hotel as a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. It is crucial for the management to address these issues promptly, as they greatly impact the overall guest experience.

First of all the hotel was nice in the reception but my room was not refurbished and it only had 1 plug in the room making impossible to charge our phone iPad etc. Also when I contacted them by phone to ask if they have parking they told me yes but didn’t disclose that it was independent from the hotel hence the extra charge.Apart from that ok very noisy from the busy street in front.

Lovely hotel. Good sized room with good facilities. Coffee and Tea facilities were also available in our room. Classy piano bar. A great rooftop restaurant and swimming pool area. The staff in the penthouse restaurant area were excellent and gave really good service! The snack menu was excellent in the penthouse restaurant at all times of the day and the club sandwich was very good. Breakfast staff spoke good English and were helpful. A buffet was on offer with a good range of foods but sadly the toast machine was broken for most of our trip and without any sliced bread. The chocolate mouse for breakfast was a welcome addition that kept my son going. The concierge and reception were good with varying levels of English. Sadly Expedia booked a room for 2 people which although we had a special request for a twin room, by calling the Expedia helpline, ended up being a double room which was not suitable for me and my son. The hotel however moved us the next day to a twin room as booked. After we changed room items like the reception number etc were missing and although we let them know several times they didn't provide the missing items for our visit making it hard sometimes to get hold of the correct people we needed for our requirements like loo rolls. The room aircon was good but difficult to setup and keep it running as it reset every time we left the room. The smart LG TV had the smart options disabled making it disappointing. Overall we would stay here again.

I found President Hotel Athens to be a very good place. The breakfast buffet was large and generous, and while things may have run out, one look at the volume would explsin that. There were a few things that were advertised for our room that weren't there, but while I chose to do without, a call to the desk would have no doubt rectified that. Somewhere a bit more central might have been better, but again, that was a me thing. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful, especially the burger! It was big enough to serve as the Sunday roast, and cooked exactly as I like it. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall modern large hotel a bit out of cbd but with fantastic views of city especially at night from pool restaurant top of building. People were very helpful especially concierge who was fantastic. Some nice local restaurants and cafeteria and shops nearby felt safe in the area better than cbd. One minor issue was previous guest had been smoking in room we were allocated which was a good room but they immediately changed our room though not quite as large.

Bedrooms in need of refurbishment. Reception area very nice. Poor service from bar - waited 15 minutes for drinks to arrive ( bar wasn’t busy) and when arrived wine was not chilled. Staff didn’t want to know that I was disappointed

I would not rank this as a 4 star hotel as advertised. The hotel rooms are much smaller and not as nice as other 4 star hotels. Also, the waiter in the restaurant was rude. The one with the pony tail. He was getting upset for no reason..

arrived at 4:30pm after a long and challenging day to find room not ready. Invited to stand in the lobby & wait while room was finalised. Attempted diner in restaurant which was mostly empty yet staff still inattentive. Some menu options unavailable which was disappointing. When waitress bothered to attend she was so rude and uninterested we left and found another local place which was lovely. Wouldn’t stay here again. Miles from the city centre. Has a nice pool if the weather permits it to open.

I got my reservation via Expedia based on reviews. I was checked in on 6th floor of the this hotel. The show head keeps following down. The water shoots out of the shower towards hallway. The carpet got wet. Maintenance guy fixed the problem. I requested to change my room due to fungus in the carpet. Had to pay an extra $24/ night to be able to get a better room. Also found out from first to sixth floor, the hotel is under grdual renovation.
