One of the 2 elevators were broken. We got stuck on the other one and had to use the emergency call box for them to let us out. The hotel is in great need of repairs. Holes in several walls. Ladies bathroom had a hole in the tile wall that was 18” x 24” that was cover with a piece of wood. Would never recommend this location.

There was a roach in the coffee machine. A missing light fixture with exposed wiring in the bathroom. The front desk denied us towels and said we’d receive new ones only “when a cleaning lady happens to come by”

The hotel overall was very nice the bed was super soft. You can tell it’s been a while since something's have been upgraded. The hotel was clean, but needed some maintenance around; from wear and tear over time - that's why I gave the overall rating a 4 out of 5 stars. The breakfast was your typical cotenential. The location was great and easy to go anywhere.
