Pros: Only plus is that they are pet friendly
Cons: Most everything
When visiting my aunt in Watkinsville we usually stay at a hotel there but since this was a football weekend all the hotels in that area had raised their prices. I was willing to go out a bit to save some money. I looked at the pictures of this place (which are not up to date) and since they are pet friendly (the only good thing I can say about them) I thought it would be an ok place to stay. The free breakfast was very weak coffee and cereal. The Comfort in next store will be my choice next time.

NASTIEST HOTEL EVERPosted May 19, 2015 on Hotels
Nastiest hotel ever. More than dissatisfied and would NEVER encourage anyone to stay there.

They say you get what you pay for. The hotel grounds looks like it needed some yard work done! It looks unkept. The smell when you enter at the front office and the room was of a strong smell like the one of moth balls. The ventilator in the bathroom was awfully noisy. The area where this hotel is located is very nice, but this hotel looks completely out of place there.

Cheap and you get what you paid for.Posted May 11, 2015 on Hotels
This hotel is very run down and poorly kept. Our shower curtain had mold on it and when I reported it there was no concern. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the bedding had holes in it.

You get what you pay for there. You're better off paying 10 dollars more and getting a better room

I didn't have very high expectations for $40/nightPosted Apr 22, 2015 on Hotels
Well it was $40 a night so I didn't expect much at all. Just somewhere to lay my head pretty much. It was old, dirty and even though it was a non-smoking room it definitely smelled like a smoking one. This was probably due to the fact that the rooms on both sides of this room were smoking rooms. Any way it was only $40 a night so I didn't expect much. It was easy to find and cheap.

Spend the extra $20 for a nice roomPosted Apr 17, 2015 on Hotels
No Toilet Paper or Spindle to put it on. Sheets and pillow cases had stains, purchased a sheet, blanket, pillows and pillow cases at Walmart across the street. Floor was dirty and stained. There were what appeared to be methheads staying in the back with lawnchairs and their room doors open.

Crackhead MotelPosted Apr 14, 2015
Per the locals that's the real name of this hotel, pictures are totally deceiving. Couldn't get linen from the hotel staff. Had to go buy towels because their's were nasty. We slept in our clothing To scared to put on our pj's. Not worth the money we paid.
