The carpet in the room needed cleaning--it felt sticky to the bare feet. The area of town the motel is in is sketchy. But no security problems.

I was disappointed with Expedia booking me in a SMOKING room. I canceled the reservation because I didn't want to stay in a room that smelled like smoke!

The staff was friendly and helpful, as I was traveling in a place I had never been before. The room was cleaned daily and there was slways someone at the front desk if I needed something.

I did not get a non-smoking room. I booked the room on Wednesday but when I checked in I was told that all available rooms were smoking rooms. It was too late to go elsewhere. I had a terrible stay in the smoke

I do apologize you had a smoking room, but upon looking at your booking information we had no Non-Smoking rooms available when you made your reservation on Wednesday. The only rooms that were available, and that is what what Expedia showed, were smoking rooms.
