As far as it concerns the Housekeeping using strong smelling cleaners, please note that the detergents we use are certified ecofriendly, anti-allergenic and odorless. Your feedback about the club sandwich and the lack of follow-up from room service is dully noted and rest assured that we will take immediate actions to prevent such incidents from reoccurring.Regarding the breakfast buffet issues, we take your comments seriously, and we will work to improve these aspects of our service.
