Mala cama y hotel antiguo
La cama que ofrece es Queen y solo es matrimonial ademas muy flojo el colchón y muy bajito es decir para levantarse de allí es muy difícil, dos personas grandes muy apretado, no hay actitid de ayuda pasé una noche terrible dormi en el piso literal es un engaño. El hotel es muy antiguo y muebles lastimados, lo unico bueno es la vista que tiene la acrópolis en el restaurant piso 11

The hotel was nice but the cleanliness was average. Our room smelled awful but I think that has to do with the drains. It was very pungent. Housekeeping didn't replenish some items nor rinse our used mugs but I'm not that picky. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet tasty and plentiful. Dinning area was beautiful and just the view of the Acropolis was worth it.

The setting of the rooftop restaurant, where breakfast was served (included), was outstanding, with a great view of the Acropolis. The downsides were that the rooms were small, bathrooms very small, and the fact that many tour groups use it so it could get noisy, depending on who was on your floor.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. This time around we did not have a good experience. We stayed for 5 nights and we were put in an inner handicapped accessible room which was not what we booked through Expedia. Housekeeping used very strong smelling cleaners which was terrible. I ordered a club sandwich from room service that had raw bacon. Room service also did not bother to pick up our plates. I had to bring it over to housekeeping which is unacceptable. The rooftop view is nice however the breakfast buffet has gone down in quality. They do not offer actual fresh squeezed orange juice anymore. The orange juice from the machine was watered down. I wanted an espresso and the coffee machine dispensed foam which was disappointing. The hotel is in a good location but there is need for improvement.

Please note that that even though on Saturday 21/10 we had no availability in the Superior rooms you were given a free upgrade for the second part of the stay with no extra charge in order to keep the same room for the entire stay.Furthermore, during the entire duration of your stay you did not make any complaints to our Front desk for a room change, as after 10 pm we had availability to change your room if desired. As far as it concerns the Housekeeping using strong smelling cleaners, please note that the detergents we use are certified ecofriendly, anti-allergenic and odorless. Your feedback about the club sandwich and the lack of follow-up from room service is dully noted and rest assured that we will take immediate actions to prevent such incidents from reoccurring.Regarding the breakfast buffet issues, we take your comments seriously, and we will work to improve these aspects of our service. I didn’t like no shuttle to and from the airport. also there should perhaps be spots in the restaurant reserved for actual hotel guests. couldn’t get in to the Olive Garden as a single person the night I arrived.

The staff at reception were very helpful and made everything happen for us. The 11th floor hospitality in the evening seemed understaffed and somewhat inflexible in what they could offer. This spilled over into room service which was very slow and then unskilled. Overall though, we felt comfortable and will certainly come back! Thank you!

This was my second time in this hotel. Room was clean, comfortable bed, and there was pair of new slippers in the room which I found essential. The building is very old with a low maintenance or any renovation. Shower in my room wasn't working properly. And overall is a little pricy in compare to other hotels in Athens. Advantages, it has private parking underground which costs 10 euro for 24 hours and very secure.Also, it's in the center of the city.

The property is great. The complementary breakfast buffet was a nice addition. It was very disappointing to find out that the gym was under construction. I specifically booked this hotel because of the gym. So very unpleasant surprise. Expedia should definitely update details of the property.

15 minute walk to Syntagma square. I had concerns about safety in the area but no issues at all. Hotel is well kept, room was a bit small but had a nice upgrade to a balcony. AC was not working though and was blowing hot air so had to leave the balcony door open at night which was quite loud with the surrounding bars.

Concierge staff showed high irresponsibility. They lost a collective umbrella; they told us to leave it with them and few mins later someone took it…. Seriously???? How am I supposed to be compensated… very bad attitude.

However, the truth is that you placed your umbrella at the hotel's umbrella stand at your own risk and misunderstanding and another guest took it by mistake thinking it was the hotel’s property and finally returned it a bit later. This hotel is very pretty on the outside. very old rooms old bathrooms needs to be updated smell in some of the rooms was told he could be the air conditioning system. Buffet breakfast very good.
