A sanctuary tucked into the rainforest. Room had everything for self catering… fridge microwave, cooktop, utensils. Animal viewing a delightful surprise. A nature lovers paradise.

Chambers is a refuge, you are welcomed and invited to explore the natural environment/surroundings on checking in - it is gentle, inviting, neither understated or overstated. The accommodation has all you need for a self catering stay, comfortable beds, heating/cooling, communal area, plus a pool, deck, bbq & gorgeous walking tracks with abundant wildlife. And not to mention it is as clean as a whistle - the accommodation & the grounds. It really is worth spending time there & using as a base to explore the surrounds, or just be - I wish I had done more of that.

We’d very happily return
With such a great location/situation and a spacious modern air-conditioned room(s) with self-catering facilities, we really enjoyed our stay. As with every hotel, there are always things you will find that could be better, but in this case, they were not things that significantly impacted on our stay. We enjoyed our night walks to the lake and around the property (albeit not so much the leeches which were everywhere after a rainy spell), watching the feeding critters and the quiet. Check-in and out was easy, with lots of helpful information provided. A very nice stay.

I loved everything about this place. Excellent locationl, beautiful facilities and the night wildlife viewing platform is worth staying an extra night! A dream come true to see sugar gliders at last!

It's a great place to stay. Welcoming and relaxing and being right next to the rain forest you can see some of the animals at night. It also has a pool and pool table.

The lodges are situated right alongside the rainforest, making for a very special interaction with nature. The owners (Who are the founders) were very friendly and helpful. We will return.

We stayed for 6 nights and my parents stayed for 2 nights and our rooms were next to each other. We loved the fact there was a door on our balcony that connected us to my parents room and the kids could walk freely between apartments. The nightly animal viewing platform was great. Great size of the apartment and we loved how secluded it felt.

Tranquil Paradise in the Rain Forest
Stayed here just before Christmas and was worried it would be hot in the rooms without air conditioning, but as you are in the rain forest and the units are under the shade of trees it was cool enough without them. Really nice place to stay, management is friendly. You are basically in the rain forest so will get to hear the noises of all sorts of birds and other animals making calls. There is a pool, but the Lake which is almost walking distance away is a better place to swim as it's crystal clear and has facilities. There is a small town nearby which is great if you need to get supplies or go and have a meal or coffee. Great place in great location.

Location and service were great. Only complaint is that the room had a very noticeably musty smell. I would definitely return, but not if all the rooms smelt like ours did.

We have stayed at Chambers several times now and have always enjoyed our stay. The lodges are clean and comfortable and well equiped. The property is set in the rainforest with an abundance of wildlife right at your doorstep.

Having breakfast on the balcony in the company of birds of paradise. The walk around the property is beautiful. The lodge area is a great place to embrace serenity. The room is almost perfect (would have loved a spa bath).

Within the rainforest. Maybe a little too close for those disliking creepy crawlies Spacious Dust on fan and under bed unfortunately. Comfortable large king bed Bathroom clean Fridge not working well. Some friendly little touches would have been nice - milk in fridge/chocolate 😊 More amenities at the communal area would add to a positive vibe.
