The fridge does not work, the ice machine does not work, towels are scanty, mirror is dirty, found roaches in the room, no glasses to drink from,, phone batteries are corroded, toilet paper holder is broken, microwave is dirty

I did have someone else's hair in my shower, so that was a bit icky. I will say the young, blonde receptionist who checked me in late at night and also checked me out at 5am was a SUPERB employee. Always smiling and even walked me to my room late at night when my key wasn't working :)

Lobby smelled like pot. Halway carpet smelled mildew. Room was clean though. A/C worked great. No breakfast to speak of. Cereal and danish.

I called to hotel prior to our arrival to request a rollaway bed. When we checked into our room, there was no rollaway bed in the room. We went to the front desk to inquire about the rollaway bed. They said they would get one in our room. However, when they check to room they gave us, they said we would have to change rooms because the room they gave us was not up to code for a rollaway. Why didn't they know that before we put our stuff in our room. We had to take all our belongings and move over to the North Tower instead. A lot of missed communication with hotel staff.
