no one checking by that name and my hotel is on suspended from july 31 so no stay at hotel from expedia so wrong hotel that put the reviews

The motel is showing it’s age but the room was clean and functional and the Check-in was efficient. I was kept awake by the guest next door playing music very loudly until 12.30am. I was about to ask the motel to move me when things went quiet so I don’t know how the staff would have reacted.

There was a cockroach in our room. Water leaking in the bathroom and constant water puddle around the toilet bowl. Holes in the ceiling. The walls are thin, so you can totally hear everything from next door. the room was old and dingy. The front desk at night was unfriendly. The towels were missing. Only one little soap was provided. We couldn't wait to get out of this motel.

The Mattresses on the beds need to be changed badly the mattresses are hard And I woke up with my back hurting and a headache somebody need to convince them to change the mattresses. They have been there for years those are the same mattresses that they had when I first went there which was four years ago

The only good thing was the customer service. They were very nice to me. The walls were not clean but the room strongly smelled like straight bleach. The bedding was cheap and the pillows were flat. The towels were thin. My daughter lost her sock and we looked behind the head of the bed in front of the mattress. There was hair dirt and dust just lining the back of the bed. The bathroom floor was slippery the entire time as it never really dried from them mopping right before we got there. There was old orange peels on the floor that had rotted. My two-year-old picked it up and put it in her mouth. The morning we were leaving a roach crawled past my foot. Never staying there again.

I have NEVER been treated so rudely! I booked a NON-SMOKING room and when I got there they put me in a SMOKING room! I told them that my wife has allergies and we couldn't stay in that room, when I asked them to put me in a different room they said sorry but we have your money and we WON'T help you. You confirmed the room and we now have your money. When I told them that yes, I confirmed that I had reserved the King suite with jacuzzi tub, but in no way did you state that it was a smoking room and my reservation was for a NON-SMOKING room they said we can't help you!!

The Internet was not working. They finally got it to work for a few minutes. Then it didn't work the rest of the night or the next morning. The clock didn't work. The floor lamp didn't work. The bath towel had two holes in it that I could put my hand through. I would not stay at the property ever again. It was not that the Internet was slow. It totally didn't exist.

As soon as we walked in, I killed one large roach crawling on the bathroom wall and a large beetle in the bathroom floor. As I went to you use the restroom I watched a baby roach crawl into the shower faucet. The floors weren’t vacuumed and when pulling back the sheets there were pee and blood stains and hair all on the mattress cover. Even the curtain was stained and gross. We (barely) slept with the light on for about 4 hours and got back on the road. Although the staff was nice enough, I still wanted to write a review due to the disgust of this motel. Not work $96 at all.

The staff was rude. The room was not clean. I looked at the pictures and was very disappointed. The area was not good. I was very concerned about safety since I had kids with me. I do NOT recommend this place at all.
