When we arrived, we had to check in through the outdoor area. The person on duty scanned not only the credit card but my license into the system, but could not give an explication as to why. "That's what we do"! The room was dirty, floors were sticky, sheets were soiled, bathroom tub was dirty, and the bathroom walls were broken. I asked for a new room and there was none avaible according to the person on duty. New sheets or bedding was not offered even when asked for. I checked out ASAP! I had to call hotels.com for a refund because it was not offered.
