Disappointing Route 66 StopPosted Jul 19, 2016 on Hotels
We were doing the Route 66 trip. Of all of our stops this was the most disappointing. The parking lot was nearly empty, and yet when we came in they had to clean a room for us. We waited 20-30 minutes. The staff was friendly, but the hotel smelled bad. Their Hotels.com listing shows free continental breakfast, and that is a lie. I've stayed in some pretty bad places, but I would not come back to this one.

Last minute but goodPosted May 11, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel looks nice on the outside bt needs work on the inside. The light in our bathroom didn't work. But was only there about 6 hours so no big deal.

what you expected from a 2 star hotelPosted May 11, 2015 on Hotels
Didn't get what we paid for. We were desperate, checked in at 2am. The room was ok but had a musty odor. Linens weren't fully clean, mold on shower wall, no soap in bathroom, no fridge or microwave in room, no continental breakfast. We were dog tired when we got there and it was storming badly or we would have driven to another hotel.

Go some where betterPosted May 11, 2015 on Hotels
My family and I stayed here for one night. My husband was taking my daughter to a concert so I figured I would drive them and stay at the hotel and pick them up when we they were finished. The Room I booked said that it would have a fridge and microwave in it. It did not! Also said satellite TV. I think there were 10 channels. They did have wifi. They have the old Tube TV in the room and the beds are not really that comfortable. I paid almost $75.00 for the night I was expecting what i was told i would be getting! Also the free breakfast is two different cereals, white bread to make toast and two choices of mini donuts which I am fairly certain they bought from the general store next store. I didn't expect a lot of breakfast but I will say I was disappointed.

Stop somewhere elsePosted Oct 7, 2013 on Hotels
I stopped here in the middle of the night because it was the cheapest and conveniently located along my route. It took 20 minutes to check me in. It was dirty and old. Stained sink, shower, toilet, and towels. Not worth the little money I paid. It's a wonder they are still in business.

Clean and wonderful for the low price.Posted Aug 31, 2013
Pros: How helpful the staff was and the cleanliness.
Cons: Breakfast- at least juice or something, but it's free so why complain.
Location: Too tired to notice.
Of all the hotels we stayed at this week, this seemed the cleanest. My reservations took more than an hour to come from expedia, but they allowed me to print my confirmation on their laptop, so I could get off my broken leg and into bed. Breakfast was cereal, donuts and coffee. That was our only complaint.

Not a 1st ChoicePosted Aug 29, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Cleanliness was lacking!
Location: Handy location off of the interstate. In a very rural area, so not much for entertainment.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. I am not a picky person, but this hotel gave me a sick feeling. The hotel smelled like asian food and the room smelled like urine. The showers were clean and water was warm. The floors were dirty, both the carpet and the tile floor in the bathroom. We arrived at 11pm and left at 6:30am, so it worked for a short stay and the price was right but I wouldn't go back.
