Restaurang and general staff are polite and amazing. Had a few issues will the front desk and "extra billing". Then a housekeeping member came in my room at 845am and asked me if I was checking out. When I said what time is checkout?? He responded with now. I called the desk clerk to ask what was going on and she said he was wrong. They gave me free drink vouchers and breakfast.. but I can't understand why I was double billed both nights and then told I needed to stop by the desk because I needed to pay taxes? I prepaid the room. Both nights. There is something going on with your desk and billing.

The L1 level needs some updating. There were a lot of watermarks in the ceiling and it just didn’t feel as nice as the rest of the hotel.

We had to wait in line for 30 minutes to even get to the front desk to be told that they didn't have any rooms available. People were waiting for hours after the 3pm check in time to even get a room. We didn't have one assigned until we got back from our concert after 1 am.

The room was very dated. The tub did not drain well and kept standing water and the facet was about to fall off of the wall. There wasn’t a mini fridge in the room.

The staff was rude and there were hundreds of people in the lobby and bar because they would not check anyone in until after 5pm when all the guests were there for an event that started at 5:30. People were having to get ready in the bathroom and returning their luggage to their vehicles. Absolutely unacceptable!!

Rooms need to be updated - especially the bathrooms. Paint is peeling from the ceiling, faucets were broken, and doors were in rough condition. Staff was very professional and respectful. Overall, hotel is good - just need better bathrooms.

Boo Hiss, terrible hotel and service
Overbooked hotel and was told because we booked through Hotels.com they gave our room away (w/2 beds for 3 people) instead gave us a room w/1 bed. Had to request a rollaway which they left at the door and my husband had to move into the room and drop it down-thought it was going to go through the floor! Sheets were filthy and nightstand had some nasty liquid spilled all over it. Bathroom was dirty and we only got 2 bath towels for 3 people. Toiletries in room were USED! At check in, the front desk clerk was put out to have to help us, continually kept helping other guests, would NOT make eye contact, failed to tell us where elevators were, where to park, that they charge an additional $35 parking fee, ask for $ for a cup of plain coffee?! Hotel has gone down the toilet, terrible service, disgusting room and nickel and dime for every little service that are provided by other hotel brands.

Hotel satisfactory; shuttle return difficult
We booked the hotel since it was not far from Truist Park and they have a shuttle service. The distance to Truist Park is 0.7 miles, which is fine for healthy folks to walk, but I'm not. The shuttle worked fine to go to the park. The driver was helpful and kind. The shuttle back was delayed due to traffic around the ballpark and there was a line of people, more than the shuttle would hold on one trip. The people started fussing and cussing on who would be first to get on the shuttle. A taxi pulled up and my husband and I jumped in it to avoid the fighting. So if you plan to use the shuttle, plan on a uber or taxi to get back after the game or walk. There is a nice pedestrian bridge over the highway. The staff in the hotel were pleasant. The bed and pillows were comfy. The bathroom fixtures are old, but ours was clean. I would stay there again.

Bed was not a king more like a queen. Room was not ready when we got there,was told someone would call to let us know when the room was ready and no one ever did. There was a lot of things going on. The lobby was full and people waiting every were trying to get booked in. Road traffic was loud and had a hard time going to sleep from the outside noise. Was an older hotel. Location was excellent and glad they had transportation to Truist Park.

Friendly Staff
I was in town with family for a Braves game; we could also see stadium from our hotel room.Our stay at Marriott was very pleasing.Staff was friendly and parking was easy. Would definitely stay again here next time we come for a Braves game.

Hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of The Battery. However, I booked a room with a King bed but was given one with 2 full beds instead. Besides this, the shower head was cheap and only had one setting which was a jet. The thermostat didn't function properly either, blasting out heat when it was set on 66F. To top everything off, the thermostat stopped working entirely our last night so we couldn't change the temperature at all.

The hotel was great and the staff was so friendly. The rooms are a little outdated and there was no fridge in the room. The fitness room was a great bonus. The bar was an awesome place to hang out after the Braves game!

This hotel was perfect for my friends braves getaway! The hotel is an easy walk at around 10 mins to Truist, plus they offer a shuttle over if walking isn’t an option for you. The front desk staff and the bar/ restaurant staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I would most definitely book here again for my next trip!

Had to move from our first room due to wet carpet outside the bathroom. Our first night i asked for an extra blanket at the front desk and was told they would bring one up. Never happened. Options for tv was terrible (I believe it was Dish). Bed covers were a strange collection of sheets and mattress covers used as bedspreads.

Atlanta Braves game
The staff was nice and very helpful. Liked both shuttle drivers that we come in contact with. The shuttle will take you anywhere within a three mile radius of the hotel. Everything was really good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar area was really nice and the breakfast was excellent. I went there for baseball games, and it was convenient and easy to walk to and from. We took the hotel shuttle bus to the game and walked back. The room was clean and comfortable
