Since we are not a full-service hotel, we provide detailed arrival instructions and 24/7 contact information to all our guests. In the arrival instructions you were provided, there are step-by-step instructions with photos on how to access our apartments, information on how to avoid getting booted, what phone number to call to contact a property manager 24/7, and how to check out on time and properly. After our conversations and reading about your experience, I am concerned that you did not thoroughly read our instructions. We would greatly appreciate to get your feedback on any specific areas of the instructions that you found to be unclear so that we may continue to improve. We are always disappointed when one of our guests does not have a 5-star experience, we appreciate that you did choose BCA Furnished Apartments for your stay in Atlanta and that you found our apartment to be beautiful.
