I liked that the property was very clean and quiet. I was never able to have breakfast because I would leave out before breakfast.

On the Expedia app it showed that the hotel had an indoor pool, but when I arrived and asked if the pool is openI was told be the staff they no longer have a pool. The advertisement of an indoor pool is the only reason I booked this hotel, Baymont Inn. Next time I’ll just call the hotel directly to ask any follow up questions. I can’t trust Expedia with providing the correct details.

It was fine nice bed, old ac units. Lift is super slow. Nothing but coffee water & cereal milk for breakfast. Good for a cheap night at a hotel.

Telephone inside room did not work, drapes were torn from rod in section that prevented full closure, shower curtain had obvious hole, refrigerator was unsteady on floor and would “move” when opened…..minor improvements needed but was overall a good stay…..hotel was impeccably clean in lobby area….

Just stayed one night, but everything seemed safe and secure. The room was clean, and check-in was smooth since I had already done everything through the EXPEDIA app. This property is near Six Flags, so there's lots of shopping and restaurants ranging from more sit-down service to fast food et\c.

The hotel was ok for the price. The ice machine and my iron was not working. If I wanted ice I had to go to another floor to get it. My iron was not working and the front desk person asked me was I sure. Really!

The bathroom was dirty. The bath had ring around it and a rag was left hanging in the bath which was hidden behind the shower curtain. I cleaned it myself as I had cleaning equipment. I was too tired to complain.

Hotel has been favorably updated since my last visit….cleaning staff could attempt to do more when cleaning the rooms over an extended time - more than 2 days…..
