This hotel needs work!

Shuttle drive was not attentive to guests, making us wait 20 minutes while he chatted to other drivers. He had the game blaring out of the radio. Hotel had a shower that soaked the bathroom floor after taking a shower. Cracks in ceiling and the room was cold. Check in person was nice, though.
