Beware

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Long story short.. the hotel staff at the front desk ran a scam to steal our credit card and personal information. They made unauthorized purchases on our cards.

Albergo mediocre in ottima posizione

Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: Posizione
Cons: Rumorosita'
Colazione inclusa parcheggio a pagamento 15 euro notte.

Overall, it was a decent stay. The bed sheets had hair intertwined in the threading of the sheets. We pulled that sheet off and went to sleep. I would probably stay

Depend on what you are looking for...

Very close to American Mart, but kind of old, staff is wonderfull. Do I recommend? It is cheaper when you compare the neighborhood hotels. so as mostly what you get depends in what you give. Breakfast was good too.

Worst experience at a Best western

Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Customer service by some of the staff
Location: Convenient to the Aquarium, Philips Arena and Congress Center.
This was by far the worst experience I have had from any Best western I have ever stayed at the bathroom was making loud noises that the Maintenance could not fix and told the front desk that we needed to be moved. But the front desk did not move us one receptionist said she had a room for us to move to the other said they were book so ended up with the loud noise the whole stay and the receptionist was very rude.

Pros: Breakfast and location.
Cons: Make sure all things in rooms work.
Excellent location, easy commute from and to airport by train. Walking distance to all downtown attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, nice hot breakfast. Aging plumbing, bad paint job in rooms, and my dresser doors would not close. It's tolerable, but not great.

DON'T HURT MY KIDS BECAUSE YOU'RE HAVING A BAD DAY

Posted Aug 3, 2015
Had an awful experience with one of the staff members. The morning of checkout my family and I got the complimentary breakfast. My 7 yr old was in the breakfast line with me and a staff member came up and said excuse me with an attitude and immediately not allowing us to move out of the way began removing a hot empty pan and replacing it with another full pan of food. The pans were dripping hot water which burned my childs hand. My child said " ouch" and the lady pretended not to know what she had done. I WAS FURIOUS! The staff member walked away and when I called her out in front of everyone she yelled "I'M SORRY I SAID EXCUSE ME"! Another lady in line said she saw what she had done as well and it wasn' t right. She said excuse me while removing the pans. Just such a bad attitude. I was so mad I told my friends and family when we returned home. My 7 year old told me hours later that her fingers still hurt.
