There was literal dog p*oop. In the room. Elevator inspection date is expired by TWO years (last checked December 2022). Suspicious stains everywhere. Rooms/floors REEK of incense and a lemony odor that genuinely hurts your head and eyes. Everything is sticky

Bldg was in terrible shape. Needs to be demolished Has not been updated since the 1920’s Staff was very nice. I feel so sorry that they have to work there and smell that odor The Health Dept or Building codes for Atlanta should demolish it I don’t think it can be salvaged

Property looked fine from the outside. The inside smelled badly. Once i checked in and received my room key, the door was hard to open due to a poor attempt at repairing the door jamb after the door had been kicked open. The carpet was stained throughout the room. The curtains were stained. The wall had stains from some sort of fluid. The room was very poorly lit. The sheets were stained. The AC unit was in poor repair. The lamps had roach feces on them, and i saw several german roaches which speaks of a larger infestation. The bathroom door was filthy. The toilet ran all night due to a bad flapper. The bathroom ceiling had numerous waterstains and repairs. The hair dryer was partially knocked off the wall. The wall behind the mirror is covered in black mold. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. Horrible night. Avoid at all costs.

When walking into the lobby there was a terrible smell, so we were like okay that’s fine maybe the room is better. When we got up to the room it was even worse!! There were stains all over the comforter, marks and hand prints all over the headboards, white stains all over the wall and chair and then when I looked by the chair there was a half of blunt or joint whatever you wanna call it. The bathroom was disgusting and the baseboards were caked in dirt and dust. We went down and immediately asked for our money back!! I would not stay here!!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at -- by far
Please please do not stay here. It is filthy and smelly and seriously unsafe. Our experience included pervasive pot and cigarette smoke, cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom, blood stains on the floor and wall, and non-functioning light bulbs. The worst part was when we stepped into the elevator and were overwhelmed by pepper spray that had been previously sprayed there. We hurriedly checked out at 10pm and saw a woman throwing up at the entrance. I am confident that many crimes are taking place here on a regular basis. PLEASE AVOID!

After changing rooms 3 times we decided to cancel our stay and go to a different hotel. The first room was full of mold and in the basement. Second room the door lock didn't work and when we asked staff for help to get in the room no one spoke English. The final room was decent but had no ac so the room was 80 degrees. And one of the elevators broke and got stuck between 2 floors

First room I was assigned had strong mold smell (I have asthma). The front desk worker sent me to another room. Upon entering I smelled mold again. I mentioned it & they gave me a can of Breeze instead of offering another room. Delay resulted in being 30 min. late for dinner appt. When I returned late in the evening I sprayed the Breeze they gave me. When I used the shower the ceiling was falling in from water damage. The HVAC unit made a loud noise every time before it kicked on. Each time till 1:30 AM it woke me up before i finally fell asleep. In the morning I took pics of the water damaged ceiling and showed them to the front desk person. I told her I was unhappy with the place and showed her the pics. She checked me out but still charged me for the room. No apology or offer to refund me for the bad experience. Codes need to investigate the main floor for mold issue.

I entered the hotel and a rat jumped on my foot just horrified me…The ceiling was coming down smelled like mildew …They should have spent money into the building not the parking lot and throwing some paint on the building
