It was comfortable. Choice of breakfast was ok. Did not care for cheesey eggs. And decaf coffee was not an option. People were very nice. There was some type of activity in the parking lot outside our room involving a "crazy" individual, EMS personnel and police.

I liked the convenient parking. What I didn’t like was that there was roaches in the room. Crawling on my son as he slept. I told the hotel about it. They said that they have never seen roaches. As if I’m a lier. The Caucasian lady w/blond hair seemed to have an attitude once I told them about the roaches in my room. The next morning I asked for clean face towels & hand towels & she said that they didn’t have any face towels for me. She gave me some hand towels. After the incident with the roaches crawling over my son as he slept. I sent my kids the next night to sleep over with family. I would not stay at this hotel again. Horrible experience

We got a king suite so that my kids could have a room to themselves. My husband and I planned to sleep on the fold out couch. Upon folding out the bed we saw a large amount of trash under the couch (chip wrappers, tissues. . .). The mattress was stained. It was so thin with springs that you could see through the mattress material. I went back to the desk to get linen for the bed and was given a fitted sheet for a queen bed (not the right size), a sheet, and a worn looking fleece blanket. We ended up getting the air mattress out of our car and just using that for our stay. The room that my kids stayed in was very nice and clean. The breakfast was good, all the normal things you’d expect at this type of hotel. I guess I would just say don’t spring for a suite for room to spread out.

This location was amazing! Nice clean rooms and very comfortable beds! Also, the guy working overnight is a sweet soul. I had my puppy with me and he made me feel so comfortable and welcome because not every place is fond of dogs .

I am probably overly critical when it comes to cleanliness but this hotel is over the top clean. The housekeeper’s do an amazing job and add some personal touches that are not the norm today.

The carpet was cleaned during our stay. The carpet was wet the second day and night to the point that shoes had to be worn the entire time. Fans were left in the hallways to dry the carpet and there was a constant noise during the night. The front desk staff was unfriendly and the customer service was poor.

To maintain our high standards, we have a professional carpet service come in to deep clean our carpets, when this happens, carpets will be damp. We do post signs and inform guests while this is happening. Unfortunately, we are not a business who is able to shut down our location while this happens. Ok but not the best
My family and I stayed here years ago and decided to stay again. I had a few concerns with this stay: 1. The sofa bed look Iike something taken off the street—very flimsy and very stained! My 10-year-old granddaughter didn’t want to sleep on it. The best I could do was spray Lysol and cover it with sheets I brought from home. 2. The bathtub was in great shape but it was too slippery especially near the drain. I almost fell. 3. Toilet overflowed.

No frills, no problem!
Basic hotel - good for longer stays as it is pet friendly and has laundry and pool. Breakfast is sufficient. Drains are slow!

I didn't even book didn't have nothing called and let them know they said that they would have someone get back to me and never did but still somehow they still charged me. The price was high when I looked online when I called they tried to push me to book but I said no then still charged me and have not called me back like they said they would so they won't do what they say. Untrustworthy people that steal money

Hello, you booked through Expedia, not our front desk. When you called we verified your information and that it was in fact you who booked the reservation. It looks like you spoke with Expedia as well and tried to cancel your reservation last minute but it was past the deadline to cancel. You were only charged a no-show fee and nothing else. Next time, please cancel your reservation within the generous time frame we have to avoid any fees.

The hotel was clean and looked newly remodeled. The staff very friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, but the choices never changed. We were there for Memorial Day weekend ad the place was packed. There was apparently no maintenance staff on duty and the housekeepers were only there in the morning. Our sink was very slow to drain and I never got fixed. The toilet backed up and overflowed and the desk clerk had to bring me a plunger and towels to mop up the floor. The smelly towels remained in the bathroom for the rest of our stay (4nights), even though the hotel policy was to clean the rooms every 3days.

Hello, our breakfast options remain the same to provide a consistently good meal every day that you will always reliably know to expect. We do not have around the clock maintenance or housekeeping, they work regular business hours between 8am and 4pm daily. Housekeeping will also not enter a room with a do not disturb sign or if guests are present. Next time please alert the front desk or bring down any unwanted items and we will gladly take and replace them for you.

The smell is bad and no shower sprouts in the bathroom I was staying. Had to take a bath in a tub which is too small. Not worth $203 a night. Never staying there again.

Hello, we definitely do indeed have shower heads in every bathroom and they all work as a shower. Even in our jacuzzi rooms which has a separate tub in the living room, it still has the traditional shower in the bathroom. The front desk would have been happy to assist you in turning on your shower for you if you needed help with it.

My room was fine the only issues I had was the continuous noise on the floor above me like someone was walking all night long it was annoying Also housekeeping cleaning my room without my knowledge I thought housekeeping only comes to your room when you’re checking out that’s how it’s been in the previous hotels I’ve stayed in due to COVID-19 regulations so to come back to my room and see that it was picked up make me feel uneasy, because I had stuff out that I didn’t want housekeeping to know about I felt violated I feel violated, and they only gave me like three washcloths, which was very odd to me

Hello, there have not been any regulations that have prevented us from cleaning our rooms, we provide housekeeping service regularly like any normal hotel. If you would not like housekeeping, I would suggest at any hotel stay you should always put the do not disturb sign up. We are glad they were doing their job, even though you were not happy with them doing so.

Pros - convenient location, comfortable beds, spacious King suite Cons- you’re not allowed to get breakfast and bring it to your room; however, the dining area is extremely small. We weren’t able to get breakfast on our second morning because it was full each time we went down with no place to sit. Room had a musty odor. AC didn’t work well in the bedroom but it did work fine in the living area. There were no blankets or pillows for the sleep sofa. We booked a king suite w sleep sofa for 4 people (2 adults, 2kids). Also we only had 3 towels for 4 people. I asked the front desk for an extra towel for our 4th person and the front desk staff acted as if it was extremely inconvenient. We also asked for blankets and pillows for the sleep sofa. I was told I could have a sheet but that they had no pillows so my husband and I gave the kids our pillows from our bed.Also mold around the ceiling vents, painters tape around the bathroom mirror. Bathroom mirror was also motion sensored so whenever the kids used thebathroom the light would flicker off and on the entire time and there were empty water bottles on the floor near the bed so the cleaning staff must have forgotten to throw them away. Overall it wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but I wouldn’t stay there again. Good news is that there were no bug problems just very unfriendly and non-accomodating staff and hot, smelly rooms.

Hello, we provide linens for the fold out couch upon request as not everyone uses this feature. Pillows for it are already provided in the bedroom on the main bed inside the room. The ceiling vents do occasionally get dusty from the air conditioning, but that is not mold. The dust has since been removed. As you can see, we have just renovated our bathrooms and freshly shampooed our carpets, please excuse those companies for leaving behind some tape from installation.

You don’t want to stay here
Don’t stay here if you need a 12 o’clock check out. They will not accommodate you. Parking lot was almost empty and they couldn’t allow me 1 hour. I definitely won’t stay here again. Dated! Limited breakfast. Juice machine broken. Hardly any food left for the guest when all the staff finished their carry out plates.

The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. I booked it 30 minutes before checking in with the fear it would not be great and i along with my friends were pleasantly surprised. Nice hotel.
