The room was filthy. Blood stains on a pillow. Someone killed a big roach on the wall and left it there. Housekeeping could of cleaned it.

There was mold in the shower, paint peeling, stains on the sheets, and there was a dog barking above us all night. The door to our room didn't lock, the pool was closed and the breakfast was mostly inedible. I get that it's not a 5 star hotel, but i feel like it could have at least been decent.

The room was not clean tub had hair in it. Shower curtain was molded and the vent over to he toilet kept dropping white stuff on our head and body when we used the bathroom . They said they couldn’t change our room because they were sold out

I booked a regular king bed room, which are only within the underground level. As a young woman traveler, I didn’t feel as safe as there was anothe door to the parking lot barricaded by a recliner chair and stool. Initially, the first room I had was unsatisfactory for me as the pillows had a yellow tint with hair. The bath tub had a broken piece from the drain hole. The furniture was a bit scratched up and some of the lights in the room did not work, which also added to my fear of being unsafe for an underground level room. Also, when booking on Expedia and even arriving the hotel in person, there’s nothing that mentioned a deposit fee. Although most places do require one, it would have been nice to know the actual fee instead of when I’m arriving to pay and receive my key. Everyone before and after all questioned about the deposit fee as I noticed that they too, weren’t aware. So if you book, be sure to call for all costs. The staff was great and super helpful. I had no problems with obtaining another room which was way better than the first one, even tho it costs more for a queen room on upper floors, just bc it has 2 beds, when I bought a king suite bedroom to begin with. The continental breakfast was good. They had nice options but was standard options.

This property is in bad need of a refresh. Our room didn't have a way to hang clothes or towels. Even at the low price this was too expensive. Then add the surprise $50 security deposit at checking that I'm still waiting for it's return. This property did NOT meet my expectations for a Comfort Inn!

The property is absolutely terrible. There is a hole in the shower wall. The answer to their rusty tub bottom is to put plastic mate over it. Smells of marijuana on bottom floor. The ceiling in all kinds of messed up in the bathroom. The door to the room doesn’t close all the way. Had to put a chair in front of the door to sleep. Cobwebs on ALL the lights. Will definitely not repeat a comfort inn.

DON'T WAST YOUR TIME HERE
Absolutely rude staff! I have never dealt with someone who has such little respect to others. My group and I were cleaning and a woman came PUNCHING at the door telling my group to leave and that we were too noisy. I get that some people are a little loud but that is no reason to yell at my friends and telling them to leave. She didn't allow anyone to speak as if my group were children! Train them better, if someone is noisy, tell them! During check out day, a female staff member BARGED in on my group while we were changing and she raised her voice upon entry of the room [WITHOUT ANYONE INVITING HER IN] and she told us check out is in 30 minutes and to hurry up. Don't even get me started on the bug situation in our rooms. Yes, rooms, PLURAL! EVERY room we were in, there was a roach in the drawers and on the walls.

The room was accommodating for the price. The Staff were very customer friendly and efficient. I don't like the inability to close curtains, and sheers are thin, especially since My window view was that of parking lot, trash bin and back of surrounding buildings. It was cold and not much for blanketing. But for the price and location it was fine. I would stay there again for quick and quiet inexpensive get away.

We arrived at 11:30 pm and just wanted to go to sleep. Instead, i had to go back to the front desk because our room had not been cleaned. There were stains on the sheets and pee on the toilet seat. We got a new room and it appeared clean but everything just looked old and not kept up. I shouldnt have to worry about the room being cleaned. Now i can't trust that they are cleaning the rooms. What if there hadn't been stains on the sheets and pee on the toilet seat? I would have never known the room hadn't been cleaned. It's discusting. I wasn't offered any recompense for my trouble.

The sheets in the beds were stained/ dirty- the carpet had stains everywhere and the walls chipped with paint in the whole room and bathroom and entrance door - the whole shelf I’m the closet was hanging to the floor so we called to get another room because we like to hang our clothes- get to the new room and decided iron the ironing board was holding together with a close hanger- irritated we called for another ironing board the front desk gave us some push back on getting a new ironing board and not to mention getting new sheets for the dirty ones- while I was at the front desk with my concerns there was also another guest there with issues and he was very upset because they would not give him clean sheets not switch his room because he had a picture of what looked like a condom under his pillow…ugh! Each day it seemed like it was upset guest back & forth to the front desk- on check out day while having breakfast a supervisor yelled into the meal room “everyone meal is over take your plates to your room” and before her announcement the team members started to turn off the tvs in the meal room- turn off the juice coolers/lights as there were guest actually in progress with a cup in hand to get juice! It was unbelievable in there this morning… and of course it was now 3 angry guest looking for management to complain. This is not Choice Brand or standards- something needs to be done!

Outdated Dump - But Near the Ballpark
This hotel is basically just a dump. All the furniture is old, worn, and stained. The rooms are run down and not even approaching clean. Filthy carpet, dingy linens, stained blankets that did not seem to fit the beds ... I struggle to find any redeeming qualities. I guess it is within walking distance of the Braves ballpark. That's all I've got. Almost forgot ... I reserved two rooms. Both had large puddles of standing water on the carpet around the air conditioner. Bad enough to soak through two towels and one pair of socks. Who knows what kind of mold and mildew is growing in and under that carpet ... when I brought it up with the front desk, their response was "sorry, but we're completely booked". My daughter wanted to sleep in our truck in the parking lot rather than in her room. Needless to say, we won't be staying here again.
