Sylvia and Alejandro thank you for keeping the room as clean as possible. Maria stop spraying stink stuff in the room. Chris and Byron thank you for understanding customer service and then proving that it exist. My room was compromised everyday several times a day with someone breaking into the room and urinating and spraying an unpleasant liquid on the pillows, floor and suitcases. This hotel has a security and safety situation. Be careful Leonard the clerk at the front desk will charge your card for his friends to stay at the hotel then explain it away some phony explanation that the payment will fall off your card it will not. So check your card to ensure there are no double charges on your card. Leonard also allow his friends to pay half price for a room he pockets the money and the couple is not truly on file. Safety issue. A $900.00 business phone was stolen from me and several unauthorized charges to my charge card and I have NOT heard from the owner of the hotel. The GM is trying hard, but the manager, and maintenance man stood around talking for hours, annoying as the maintenance man was always standing in the way when I would come downstairs.
