Comfortable but a bit noisy

The price was reasonable. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. The a/c rattled and there was a lot of road noise.

Charged more than hotels.com agreed upon booking

Was charged an additional $40.00 than what I booked through hotels.com for having "2 additional adults in the room" even though it was a 2 queen room and the maximum occupancy was 4 adults. Because the elevator was out during our stay the man checking us in tried to have us book an additional room in lieu of the room booked because "the rooms with the queen beds are on the third floor". Because of the rid will never again book through hotels.com or stay in a Country Inn and Suites. I realize that this sounds petty and ridiculous, but when you have driven 7 hours to get to your destination to be treated with flippant attitude, charged more than you had booked the room for, and then tried make you book additional rooms it really grates on you. Do not reccomend this hotel

We like the hotel but the elevator was broken the whole time we were there so it was inconvient for everyone in our family to take the stairs because we all either have knee issues or I have a small child.

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: 24 hour elevator repair service!
Only one elevator and it was broke! Carrying your luggage and helping an elderly person up to the 3rd floor was not ideal! Staff was very apologetic and offered to assist but they were the only one there and had guests waiting to check in. We would have canceled but had purchased through Expedia and didn't know how it would be to get a refund!
