Bathroom semi remodel was done incorrectly. You had to lift the glass shower door to open it. Hot and cold. Water were reversed. Newer toilet had old toilet seat that was peeling. Neighborhood did not seem safe.

From the time I arrived the staff was kind and welcoming. I was quite early but was able to be accommodated with a similar room. The room was just as depicted on the website: clean, aesthetically pleasing, and spacious. Oddly, what I enjoyed most was the super hot water lol. The one thing that I didn’t care for was the lack of vending machines on my floor. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay!

The first person I spoke with at the hotel was Robert, and he is just a wonderful person; from his welcoming voice over the phone to the beaming smile I received upon arrival, he was a pleasure to work with. I booked a King suite for my brother and I, which was very clean and well-appointed. I took the pull-out sofa, which was extremely uncomfortable, so the next night I tried to get it switched out, but that was probably not going to be different, so we switched to a new Double Queen room, which was nice and spacious, but did not have a proper desk and chair, or any other surface big enough to do things such as work on our laptops, or prepare meals. This is a huge oversight, which out to be corrected, unfortunately, the property manager, who was contacted, did not sound like he was at all interested in going to any lengths to resolve . No matter!! We made it work. My visit ended abruptly, when I had to call an ambulance for an emergency hospital visit. The front desk staff were very concerned and offered to help several times, including getting me some hot water. Overall, a great stay. The valet service is an added bonus, although there is alternative parking right across the street, it's nice not to have to walk the block, or so in heels. 😊

I was able to call the front desk to send out the valet attendant. I did have one sketchy guy approach my vehicle while I was waiting. And there’s not much parking directly in front of the hotel so I had to double park. But once inside the hotel is great. Staff was friendly. You need a key card to even use the elevator so felt very safe inside.

I should not have to ask to get my room service, if i stay 3 night. one elevetor broken and the service one was also down. not the Marriott i know, very desipointing.

One of the elevators was out of service and the one that was working felt like it would break any minute. It took a long time to get to my room on the 9th floor. The door to my room would jam and it was hard to open/close. Overall not a great stay especially for the money I had to pay for just one night. I wish I would have stayed elsewhere.

Our only concern was the fact that because the street is so narrow, there was really nowhere to load to load and unload. We felt rushed to get things out and move out of the way.

Once we were able to get into our rooms, it was a very pleasant stay. However, finding a place to park and unload was not so convenient. We had to double park in order to unload our luggage.

Great Down Town Atlanta Hotel
My son and I stayed for the period of the Tour Championship and we were happy that we had. The location is an excellent downtown place to access all the attractions either by walking, taxi or streetcar. Moreover very convenient using MARTA from the airport. Also, noteworthy was the excellent service provided by staff.

Hotel changed me for valet even though I paid for the package that included valet and breakfast. They never told me a total cost when checking out they just told me they would email the bill. The Valet broke my key fob as well, then argued with me about it!!

Nice hotel, bad area.
The room my daughter and I stayed in was on the 10th floor and was very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself was pleasant, however the surrounding area was uncomfortable. There were many people smoking pot outside the hotel and down the street and we did not feel safe walking around the block. Also, there was no free parking at the hotel. You could either choose valet, for $50, or pay for parking in the garage across the street (ended up being $28 for the night). While the hotel was actually very nice, I wouldnt stay in that area again.

The Courtyard located in downtown Atlanta was a comfortable and convenient stay. My traveling partner and I were in town for a concert and could easily walk to the stadium, and find food and drinks. The room was on the small side, but it was comfortable and clean. There were no frills, but the price and convenience of the location met our needs. What really stood out about The Courtyard was the helpfulness of the staff. I actually left my phone in the room after checkout. When I called to check to see if someone could check to see if I had indeed left the phone, the representative sent someone up very quickly and located it. They communicated that they had found the item and called me immediately. It took us some time to navigate shipping, but every staff member was responsive, helpful, and patient. Ms. Diana Campos especially stands out. She answered all of my calls and was so accommodating in solving my mess up. I am so appreciative.

In town for a concert at Mercedes Benz. Location is good. The hotel couldn’t accommodate two queen beds for our family of four. The pullout sofa in the room smelled terrible and we only managed to get one pillow and sheets for it after two trips to the lobby. The bathroom floor and shower had hair on them. The valet line was constantly full and the self parking garage smelled like a Grateful Dead concert.
