The check in clerk was wonderful. She graciously gave me a first floor room close to the door as one of us was in a wheel chair. I didn't have too even ask. She asked me.

Check in was smooth.. Everyone that worked the front desk was super nice.. only negative I would say is the bistro was not open at night but other wise everything was perfect.. room was clean bathroom clean fit all my needs

Very disappointed with check-in. After travling all day to find out our prepaid reservation was cancled. It took well over an hour for Expedia and Marriott to finally allow us in. This is totally unacceptalble to put the customers in the middle of their corporate haggling. Hotel had several rooms available and should have immediately checked us in and settled their dispute privately after the customer was taken care of.

We were put in a room right above where cars pull in to check in so it was a little noisy. Hotel did not appear full so I feel checkin desk could have chosen somewhere better.
