The front door staff was downright rude, not only to us, but also the customer she served before us. When I asked for a customer service number to call she said she doesn't have it. I asked her to have it for me the next day for check out, and she replied "I won't have it then either". The manager said, "just go to redroof.com"
It said online we could check in at 3pm, but when we got there, we were informed that the room wasn't ready for another 2 hours. When we finally checked in 4 hours later, there was still a comforter missing that wasn't done drying.
The property is very outdated and the bathroom was pretty dirty. The floor of the bathtub was black. Other guests in the property were very noisy into the late hours (midnight).
