Close to downtown Atlanta

Pros: Location
Cons: Not allowing dogs to be left alone in the room.
Location: Coca-Cola World, Georgia Aquarium, Olympic Centennial Park
The overall stay was okay. The hotel is located close to downtown. Many attractions like Coca-Cola world and Olympic Centennial Park are within a walkable distance. The lobby is getting updated, so there was some construction work (totally fine with me). The room next to us left their dog in the room alone. It was barking and howling until past 11pm. The problem was addressed after we called, but I have never experienced that problem before.

Disappointing hotel with sub par customer service

Pros: The bed and TV
Cons: see above- customer service!
Location: Not much really. A couple of bars w in a long walking distance
heater wasn't working in the room, employees don't seem to know the area to suggest where to go eat or drink to guest, when asked by the guest, f. desk doesn't keep toothpaste, saline solution, etc. nor do they have it for sale in their store, there is no seating at the bar and minimal TV's to watch in the restaurant, ordered pizza delivery- they wouldn't allow the pizza guy to come upstairs due to security concerns, nor did they offer to bring the pizza up themselves, bc they we're short staffed- I had to go down in my pajamas and get my pizza, no microwave or fridge in the room. Had to have one for our toddler's food. $10 charge/day for them to bring up a microwave, 20-30 min wait on elevator, got stuck in elevator several times bc they don't work properly. Room service would show up at 9am daily (on the weekend as well) to clean our room- we sleep in until 10ish. No indication there was construction going on until I arrived. Stay at the W down the street or Hilton. Never again!

Good location

My stay was not as satisfying as I had hoped. This hotel was under construction and looked nothing like the pictures the layout of the hotel was also confusing. There was a significant amount of noise due to the construction. The rooms did not come with a microwave or refrigerator nothing was complementary you had to pay for everything including parking, refrigerator and microwave. There was a daily charge which was an inconvenience and costly as my stay was long. I did enjoy the closeness to the many Atlanta attractions nightclubs and shopping centers but I would not recommend this hotel for a stay longer than one or two nights especially for the price.

Convenient

It was a nice experience. The hotel is being renovated so it doesn't look very classy but I'm sure it will look wonderful once they are done.

No terribly happy with cleanliness

Pros: staff was very friendly
Cons: thoroughly clean the rooms
An unidentified sock was on the floor in our room upon arrival, indicating that the floor had not even been properly vacuumed. Very disappointing. Construction was in progress, so it was a bit dusty.

Quick trip

Maybr after the renovation it will be better. Terrible amenities and the coffee maker in room did not work. So basically no easy way to get coffee or food or a snack even of any kind.

Pros: Sehr gemütliches Bett, neue Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine
Cons: Zimmer hatte keinen Kühlschrank, alle drei Eiswürfel-Maschinen (9. + 11. + 14. Stock) haben an einem Tag nicht funktioniert.
Location: Lage direkt an der Interstate und 2 Minuten zur MARTA-Station. Fußläufig gibt es wenig zu sehen, man muss 2-3 MARTA-Stationen nach Downtown fahren
Lobby wurde gerade renoviert. Zimmer bereits neu. Sehr geräumig. Kühlschrank fehlt. Sehr großer Flachbild-Fernseher mit Pay-TV (z.B. HBO, NFL-Kanal). Verkehrsgünstig gelegen (Interstate, MARTA) - Fenster und Balkontür könnten besser gedämmt sein, man hört die Interstate. Wir hatten an einem Tag keinen Zimmerservice, dies sollte in einem solchen Hotel nicht passieren.

Older Hotel

Location: all the attractions were easy to get to
Room was good, nice clean remolded. Disappointed in the dinning room and bar, hopefully these will be updated during the remolding. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was over priced.

We get our room at 6.30 PM after waiting 1,5 hour in lobby. Hotel said for reason that customer are not check out when they should. We didnt get any discount. Also room was quite messy.
