The staff helped my daughter when she was stranded

The staff was very helpful when my daughter was stuck in Atlanta for the ninth with a ok as delay she is 22 and traveled alone they were very nice to her and helpful a shuttle took her to the airport after a good breakfast I can't thank u enough for helping her we appreciate it so much

Staymare nightmare

Poorly advertised...... Nothing like the pictures listed on hotels.com Very disappointing. My daughter and her family had to be moved to another room because of the bad lock on their door.....they were asked "do you to come back out of your room tonight???" WHAT! You give customer service and give another room, you don't ask them is it necessary that they come back out till morning....

Had medical appointment and return home next day

Pros: Close to airport
Cons: Location not near any food restaurants
Location: Nothing nearby except airport
Needed a comfortable place to sleep. Had work 7 hours on main job and 7 1/2 hours on second job and a 4 hour overnight bus trip.

Great hotel

It was a nice stay there, it's nearby the Georgia International Convention Center, I attended the exhibition there. They have free bus to convention center and airport, so convince. And the front desk people are so friendly, they helped me a lot, appreciated it and will stay again.

Much better than expected

Pros: Good price, convenient location for stay-overs, clean, free internet, free breakfast, free shuttle.
Cons: There isn't a porter, so you don't have much help with check-in. The parking lot and ramps therefore need re-paving to make it easier to wheel your lu
I was a little worried about the 2-3 star rating of this property, but I was pleasantly surprised. The furnishings were a little older (no flat screen tv for example), but the room was clean and the bathroom was recently updated. There were decent toiletries, complementary coffee and tea in the room, even an iron. For the price, I really couldn't complain. The only thing I would have preferred was having a white duvet cover so that I could tell instantly how clean it was.

Good hotel

This is a good hotel for a short stay. I went for business and it was good. Cheap room but comfortable bed. There was an issue with my tv that they could not fix so they changed my room.
