Extended stay

This motel was a last resort after having to be relocated by this website. The customer service was horrible and the room needed a lot of work. The location of the motel was good but as stated earlier the service was unacceptable.

Nice hotel for the price

The staff was friendly and the rooms was clean my only complaint was the wifi didn't work in our room location I could o ly get a good signal in the office

Failure to honor reservation

Hotels.com issued me a confirmed and paid for reservation for Jan 27, 2014 at the Atlanta airport Days Inn. When my flight from LA arrived and I called for the hotel shuttle I was told Days Inn was full. They would not honor my confirmed reservation. I have never had this happen before with any hotel. So will not make any future reservation at a Days Inn.

days inn and suites atl airpoprt

I was desperate for a room. I would stay there again if I could not find anything else. Only had 3 lights in room and 1 was burned out. Housekeeping woke me up very early due to error in someone checked out my room by mistake. I was stranded by the airline and asked for toothpaste but they did not have any. Spread on the bed was very stained and dirty looking. Lady at the front desk was nice.

This Place is a disaster.

If you are thinking of staying in this Days Inn, then don't do it. I repeat don't so it. This place is dirty. When I checked in the clerk at the front desk asked housekeeping which room was ready. She hollered out a number then ran pass us. When we went to the room she was in there trying to clean. The sheets had stains all over them. Someone was standing outside of the door yelling at someone on the phone. There seem to be some questionable behavior going on around us. I did not feel sate and would not recommend this place to anyone.

The ppl at the hotel don't make up your bed when u ask them to they get mad ....
