I spent 7 days at hotel, everything was find until Sunday. The employees decides to bring their children to work so there was no ice up and down the stairs all morning from around 9 till 3. No rest or sleep. It was horrible. Then, my last day checkout Monday. I had conference call at 11 so I asked if I could have extended for an hour for call, the Manager told me 10.00 to stay till twelve. Ok I just spent 600.00 dollars at your hotel when I could have chose several others and you ask me for 10.00 to stay an extra hour for business. I had to drive next door from hotel to Keystals to do my conference call. How rude after 600.00 dollars I have stayed atbrhe twelve, Westin, Hilton's property all the time and extended my stay. I even stayed extended Stay before and no one ever made me pay 10.00 to extend stay. When I asked the Manager John why I have to pay extra, he says because booked threw a third party and not them. Rwguardless, they get their money, I'm I booked threw expedia for a cheaper rate, what does that have to do with me staying an extra hour????? He said because I didn't book the room threw their company. Although I did not book three y'all reservation, I'm still a member of y'all awards program. It should have been looked up since that's the reason. Sorry Expedia prices were cheaper. Only a 4 dollar difference but when your spending 600.00 dollars a week for breakfast to be included and serving eggs andcereal, no meat! Yallbshould be a little more considerate.
