You get what you pay for.

The hotel is great if you don't plan on being in your room often. First impression was our hallway reeked of marijuana. There were a lot of burnt spots on the carpet and the bed was uncomfortable. Our last night there our water in our room was brown. Upside of the trip the staff was amazing and really friendly.

Disappointed

I paid for my room Sunday and got to Atlanta Monday at around 6: 30 pm. As I approached the front desk the young girl who was working the desk claim I paid for a king size bed and gave me the keys to room 101. I told her wait a minute I request two queen size beds whenever I get a hotel and that she was wrong. I told her four times she was wrong, but she kept insisting that I did pay for a King size bed and that is the room she gave me. It was late in the evening, I was tired and decided okay I’m sick of this so I’ll make the best of a disgusting situation. After bringing my bag in from the car the young lady did not apologies. However, as I walked away she kept insisting that I did not pay for two queen beds and asked could she get a copy of my credit card to keep on file. “I TOLD HER HELL NO”. The room was paid online and she did not need to have my credit card and she wasn’t getting it. I entered the room and it smelled like someone just had sex so I began spraying a bottle of perfume, Lysol and felt nauseated like I was going to vomit. I was so disgusted that I had wasted $80. I sat up in a fitly chair all night with my coat over my knees praying for daylight to come. Tired I approach the desk at 5:5 am the lady at the desk down stairs that morning and told her what had happened. Of course she said she was sorry and explained that two other guess decided to stay over so they switch the room. “Yet the young girl at the front desk earlier that night swears I was the

Checked into hotel late and the staff acted as though they were upset to be there. In terms of customer service there were none. Woke up before check out time to loud banging on my door. It was a last minute choice for me, but never again.

It was a bad stay, chair fell apart, the room is old and the breakfast was very bad. My daughter and I felt ill all morning after trying the breakfast, we went someplace else the next day.

Only if you have no other option

Going for a family event and chose for location, 24 hour coffee service and breakfast. Coffee was nasty and breakfast had only carbs.

Hotel bathroom needs to be remodeled. Hotel only allowed 1 hour for extended stay. I just needed am 1 hour and 30 minutes.
