The staff was nice but the room was unacceptable.

The carpet and window curtains were filthy. The air conditioning unit panel to the outside was open and banged al night. The toilet in the adjourning room ran all night. The microwave seemed like it was going to explode. I changed rooms and it was not as filthy but certainly not clean. I have a video but can't attac it.

Excellent Customer Service!

Pros: Nice, reasonable, great staff.
Cons: The were renovating so it was great.
I have been coming here for years, every time I come in they are always very accommodating. My visits are spread out throughout the year and every time I come Janet the front desk lady, ( I don't know if she really remembers me each time) but she is always super nice and let us check in early, she upgrades our room. Just very accommodating!

Better than expected

After reading all the reviews online I wasn't expecting very much but when we arrived the staff was very polite when checking-in the gentleman was very well-dressed and very respectful there were a few buckets right outside the door with water where it had been storming but that was the only thing I saw other than that the location was clean spell nice when we got into our room our room was very clean all the amenities promised were there I've stayed in quite a few hotels on business trips and this by far is not the worst continental breakfast was probably the only thing that would have a complaint only because I live a low-carb lifestyle and there was nothing there and that was low carb no fruit but there was many options biscuits with gravy cereal bread Bagels pastries grits oatmeal but no fresh fruit no eggs other than that it was a pretty nice day with very nice people

Pros: Staff was nice. Close to restaurants and interstate.
Cons: Carpet and furnishings.
Carpet was worn and needs to be replaced but did seem to be relatively clean. Sheets and bath were clean. However elevator had trash on floor that should have been picked up by staff exiting the elevator. Staff was very nice. Would probable stay there again if needed.

Horrible

The queen size beds were full the pillows were lumpier than one whipped potatoes. Had to ask for towels the television was mounted on the wall extremely crooked. breakfast? all carbs -sausage gravy no sausage- syrup for waffles water down to the point of no taste. So to say the least I would not recommend this hotel for my dog to stay in.

A good spot

Pros: It's location
Cons: Hotel is doing some re-modeling but was not an issue for guests.
Location: Many others hotels nearby. resturants, movie. shopping malls, service stations, busy place.
I had a overall good experience. Nice and clean could walk across the street for shopping for Christmas gifts and hotel was also close to other department stores I enjoy shopping at. Staff was very helpful with directions. A continental breakfast provided and daily newspaper. If I should return to area again I would return back. However, next time I would certainly call hotel directly rather than book from computer. It's cheaper!!!!
