Nice hotel close to the airport

Pros: Friendly staff and efficient shuttle too and from airport.
Cons: Have the room ready for occupancy.
Location: Near airport.
Friendly staff but the room had some things missing....no shower curtain, no glasses, no blankets. We were given food vouchers and HH points as a result.

Pros: This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
My sons and I stayed for two nights here. We were very happy with the cleanliness and accessibility to the city.

Cons: Lots - see above. Not enough attention to details
Location: Relatively remote location
Guest room had wall outlet that fell out as I touched it; bathroom not kept up with sealing, etc and shabby cabinets; nothing in room that tells about facilities (dining hours, etc; not cleaned promptly - trash in elevators at 10 am; no directions to room numbers when getting off elevators; rooms not fresh and inviting

It would be nicer if Hotel.com would let the customer know that they were remodeling the hotel and it looked like it. Limited services should have equaled lower prices.
