Great service and cozy room

Great front desk and restaurant service. We were provided bottled water unlike other Double Trees that I have stayed at. Only thing was that the pillow cases had some stains but they were replaced immediately when I complained. It's possible they were clean with permanent stains but I didn't want to take a chance. All in all I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Excellent location for shopping at Northpoint mall. Many restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel is going through remodeling. The breakfast buffet is too expensive (12.95 per person) and it is the same as I have received for free at some hotels. The price of the room was great.

Staff was great we had a problem with too many people in the hall at all times of the night, and the staff handled the problem with no complaints and apologized for the inconvenience. Over all a good hotel with a great staff.
