This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at the Embassy. I have stayed in Embassy’s around the country and always have a POSITIVE EXPERIENCE BUT BABY! Let’s start of with and I quote “club Embassy. Teenagers running literally around the hotel all Night and I mean ALL NIGHT. The walk way into the front door had vomit on the path, which is gross, but once I asked about the pool I knew why, because someone threw up in it so it was closed. The front desk agent told me once I was paid and checked in that they often close it on weekends because Club embassy patrons use it up so much … I assume maintenance personal don’t want to have to clean it., which brings me to Maintenance personal. What a rude disrespectful man this guy with braids was. Saw the elevator we were on full to capacity yet still got himself and the maintenance cart in, while on the phone with his “brah” and pushed my elderly sister. When bought to his attention he replied “ MY BAD” I said I don’t believe you should be getting in the elevator with us. He said who me oh yes I can I got a call. But there are not one, not two, but 3 elevators. Why not WAIT FOR THE NEXT IF THIS ONE IS FULL.. Just pick another. This one is cheaper in price then some others around the city and now I personally know why. Horrible. The one star is for the nice breakfast workers who cleaned the tables quickly.

Hotel is in great shape and room are nice and cozy. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite. Self parking garage is right next to the hotel and is close to the Marta line. I would stay here in a heartbeat if I need to return to the area!

Wonderful breakfast! The in-house restaurant served tasty options for dinner and the bar had great options as well! The room was very nice.

Super nice hotel! Had a great week in Atlanta. The pool could use to be looked at cleared up but really a fabulous stay!! We will be back!

Overall a good stay . I got stuck in the elevator with my kid and maintenance man did a horrible job at fixing the issue . Literally came crack the door open and said I’ll be back meanwhile my 7 year old having an anxiety attack . Communication with front desk and what’s online needs to be worked out . Everybody had different times for room service pool etc Staff was friendly, rooms was nice, my neighbor kids was rude kept tugging on the door and hitting the walls . Beside that great stay .

Staff was excellent, hot tub (which was the sole reason I booked this property) was cold and breakfast was adequate. Bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the amenities in the room. I would book here again if I needed too but the wow factor of property was a little bit of a let down. Staff was above exceptional, including front desk, house keeping, breakfast staff and serving staff in the evening.

My experience was okay I was with my kids and the did fix issues promptly. We had no trash bags in our rooms and no sheets for pullout bed. Was somewhat disappointed but my kids did not complain so it fair. Breakfast was okay, but my omelette was burnt. Probably won't come back. Was not safe for solo mom with stroller.

The bathroom drain didn’t drain, called for maintenance and they didn’t fix drain. We stayed two nights and this was never fixed and probably still isn’t. Breakfast was not as good as it could have been. The eggs were runny and didn’t have a real egg texture, not sure they were real eggs. There also was not any good variety of hot food for breakfast.

It was a great option from us close to Atlanta downtown. The area next to the hotel has plenty of options for shopping and dining and we were able to get to the express way in less than 2 mins.
