We needed a pet-friendly hotel and requested adjoining rooms. Expedia let me to believe it was possible to have adjoining rooms. It was not. We had rooms next door and were placed on the first floor near an exit which was convenient for the puppy. The pool was not in good shape. The hand rail on the steps was loose or falling off. We had to request a coffee pot and toaster. They were provided upon request as well as bedding for the sofa bed. It would have been nicer to have these items in the room and not have to go get them from the desk. The staff was pleasant and the rooms comfortable for the cost.

We allow guests to customize their kitchens, I am sorry that was not explained at check in. I discussed your comments with the team, and we are striving to provide excellent service.
