Never Again

Stayed here in a clutch...normally stay at Residence Inn or Westin Buckhead which are much better hotels. The room was dirty and the hotel was understaffed...I spent the week cleaning and doing everything for myself. Also the grab and go breakfast didn't include fresh fruit. Overall I wouldn't recommend and will not return.

Disappointed

It took us 20 minutes to find someone to get us checked in, The room had an awful smell, the Marta was literally running all night right by the window, the pool was covered, the breakfast was a "grab-n-go" (coffee, granola bars, fruit). Found a dirty wash cloth in the shower when we checked in. The only thing that I liked about this motel was its location.

Escaped Hurricane Matthew and stayed for a week

Usually we stay at pretty fancy places so I was somewhat skeptical about this experience ahead of our stay. I must say that the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, location was great for many reasons, the kitchen was nice to have and the room even smelled good. I would stay here again on purpose!

We needed a pet-friendly hotel and requested adjoining rooms. Expedia let me to believe it was possible to have adjoining rooms. It was not. We had rooms next door and were placed on the first floor near an exit which was convenient for the puppy. The pool was not in good shape. The hand rail on the steps was loose or falling off. We had to request a coffee pot and toaster. They were provided upon request as well as bedding for the sofa bed. It would have been nicer to have these items in the room and not have to go get them from the desk. The staff was pleasant and the rooms comfortable for the cost.

Comfy room, no frills, very nice staff

The staff was great--very responsive. The room was clean and comfy and pretty big. There were no hangers, so I had to request them. And there was no daily room cleaning so we had to request feah towels each day. The only bad thing is the hallway had a bad odor. But overall it was a very nice stay.

Nice room!

Location: It's in a great location in buckhead.
The rooms were newly renovated, large, comfortable, and reasonably quiet. The lobby and other hotel amenities left some to be desired.

Very loud

Cons: The front door to the building needs attention or you need a room as far away from it as possible. You will jump at the noise of the door slamming.
Location: The hotel is right next to the Lenox Marta train station, which is convenient but adds to the tremendous amount of noise.
This was the loudest hotel I have ever been in. Entire conversations could be heard but the worst was the slamming of the doors. The front door to the building slams very, very loudly. I could also hear dripping noises coming from the room above me, specifically from the sink area, loud enough to wake me up in the middle of the night every night. The sink had more water pressure than the shower head. I couldn't have made it any more than the four nights I signed up for and unfortunately came back home exhausted.

HOTEL STAY

Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: The décor was ugly
Location: The location was ok. The restaurant across the street terra terroir was phenomenal.
The hotel staff was very nice but the rooms we reserved said non-smoking but one of them reeked of cigarette smoke. The staff was very accommodating in finding us another room that was smoke free. We had a very early flight coming in and they found us empty rooms that we were able to check in early which was very helpful. The décor was not wow'ing but there was a kitchen in each of our rooms and the room gave us a clean, secure place to sleep. I am pretty sure most of the guests actually live at the hotel but nobody bothered us.
