Not clean, unprepared room

Cons: Cleanliness, ambiance, better breakfast.
The room was unprepared. We had to ask for basic stuff like soap, utensils etc. Dirty towels. Not enough breakfast items, and most of the time nothing left by the time we reached there. Bad smell in the hotel. We paid high price for the room, but facilities were not upto the mark.

-They provided us smoking room even though we reserved non smoking rm. - unkind employee attitude. - not connected wifi

This hotel was Terrible we had no blankets for the sofa sleeper we asked, finally got them at 11:00 at night . We had marijuana smoke coming thru the air vents in our bathroom ! There were absolutely no dishes in the kitchenette ! Would never stay there again we left after the first night !

Please know that we do not tolerate illegal substances on our property and once any illegal acts occur we work hard to identify the issues and handle them accordingly. While we no longer keep dishes in guest rooms, these items are available upon request at the front desk. Good stay

Nice hotel. Could have more covers on the bed, maybe dish washing soap and towels to clean the kitchen once done cooking.

Horrible Stay

I was in this hotel for less than 24 hours and the hotel service was horrible. We walked in there and the hotel attendant was on the phone giggling to what I waited about 5 minutes to be attended. She had no urgency on assisting me. After she got off the phone I told her I had a reservation and she asked for my name and she laughed. She said I was just looking at your reservation. She stayed quiet and finally told me she did not have a queen non-smoking. I said well then what do you have non-smoking, and she said all I have is two double beds. We had an event to go to, which we were already running late to so I said I guess that's fine. She then informs me that my payment through hotels.com is not showing and she ends up charging my credit card on file again, and this time for a larger amount. I was furious but I had plans that could wait no longer and I was not about to let this ruin my night. I prayed that the next morning it would get better. We get to the room, which we had not reserved and there is completely NO toilet paper. The tissue box is an older one with about two tissues in it. Checked out at 11 the next morning and will never go back.

Needed a place to sleep

Cons: Everything
Location: Near Atlanta which has tons of stuff.
On a move I stopped at the Extended Stay since it was pet friendly and one of the first to pop up on the list. Was put on the smoking floor since thats all they had left and not the room I reserved. I wasn't too upset about it since it was extremely late and I wanted sleep. Besides the obvious issues smoking causes (smell, stains) the room had basically nothing in it except for one towel. No soap, shampoo, wash cloths and the TV was broken where it wouldn't show anything. Parts of the hotel aesthetically were broken and looked unclean. I will never stay in this specific hotel again nor any other Extended Stay since their corporate obviously doesn't care about their image. Just hoping I didn't bring any bedbugs home.

Such a bad service

No shampoo. They say they don't give no more shampoo. I've never seen any hotel give no shampoo. This is the worst hotel ever.
