Good hotel if you are on a very tight budget

I needed a cheap room for my dad short notice. I felt like the sheets and towels could have been cleaner. But overall if you are on a budget I would recommend this room. Maybe possibly bring your own bedding and towels and some bleach to wipe everything down. My dad was very comfortable though but he is not a germophobe like me.

Nice comfort and clean

Nice staff very accommodating. The rooms were clean n neat thebstsff was friendly and helpful. Parking was available and they even gave utensils,plates and extra pillows when asked. I'm enjoying my stay at Extended Stay America! It's comfort away from home! It's like being at home!

Had great stay.

Pros: location
Cons: smokers should be on the other side of hotel
Location: everything is right there. (shopping, Food, entertainment)
Had a great stay! the smoking was filtering into the room 1st night, but cleared up as the stay went on.

No issues

Location: Lot of restaurants and shopping located less than 1 mile away.
I really enjoyed my stay. The occasional smoke smell from the room above didn't bother me (Lysol works)!! It was comforting and did the job I needed. Safe, quite, clean, and room ready! Thanks for ESA for making my week a good one!

It was very nice for one night. They don't have an ice maker. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. All that matters

"Non-Smoking" room had STRONG SMOKE ODOR

The sheet had a cigarette burn mark in it. The room smelled like smoke. Drawers were missing from the dresser/entertainment stand. The smoke alarm was actually FALLING OUT of the ceiling. Countertops were stained. The bathroom floor was nice .... No other rooms or hotels available near conference or I would have done anything else. After complaint and explanation that no other rooms were available, I received a call from staff asking if I was going to keep the room. I explained that it was my only option and the staff responded, "That's good enough for me!" *CLICK*

Nonsmoking room smelled of smoke, bathroom light out, and mold in bathroom

Not clean, unprepared room

Cons: Cleanliness, ambiance, better breakfast.
The room was unprepared. We had to ask for basic stuff like soap, utensils etc. Dirty towels. Not enough breakfast items, and most of the time nothing left by the time we reached there. Bad smell in the hotel. We paid high price for the room, but facilities were not upto the mark.

This hotel was Terrible we had no blankets for the sofa sleeper we asked, finally got them at 11:00 at night . We had marijuana smoke coming thru the air vents in our bathroom ! There were absolutely no dishes in the kitchenette ! Would never stay there again we left after the first night !

Please know that we do not tolerate illegal substances on our property and once any illegal acts occur we work hard to identify the issues and handle them accordingly. While we no longer keep dishes in guest rooms, these items are available upon request at the front desk. To uphold our company's high standards, we will retrain our front desk staff to ensure we are clearly communicating our policies during guest arrivals as well as closely inspecting our rooms.
