It was very, very dirty & sticky. mattresses were very stained & dirty. The elevator was dirty & sticky. It smelled like someone spilled liquor & it was not mopped. The elevator was also very shaky, upon checking it was past due for inspection. Even though it was a non smoking hotel, all you could smell on my floor was cigarettes & weed all through the hallways & coming through the room across from me. Trash in the hallways & on the floor. Malt liquor cans on the floor. Overall, the place was really unkempt. Taj, the front desk person on the night shift was very nice but the AM front desk person was very nasty, loud & rude to people trying to check in. Wouldn't recommend.

For a night's stay, this place is fine but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. The halls and lobby smell like weed and don't expect great customer service. The place feels outdated and the bed's are creaky. The walls are thin so if you are a light sleeper be warned. For what I paid for it, it was as expected. It did do the job though and I had no other problems during my stay. One thing I would like to mention though was that it was raining during my stay here and the tile floors had no mat for you to step on. So everytime I walked into the building, I had to be careful not to slip.

Everything was good. Had a smell in the elevator. And a smell in the hallway. My room was good. Bed was good as well. Microwave was somewhat clean. Other than that, everything was good. I would go back to stay if I need to.

Angie and Randy have always gone above and beyond when it comes to my little family and I. We're in-between places to live right now, and believe me, weve stayed in quite a few hotels. No bugs, no problems wiith cleanliness, not a problem anywhere here! They havent ever made us feel unwelcome or like we dont belong here. Theyre like family too now. Would definitely recommended this hotel for leasure, business, or even when youre like us and in a bind! Theyre great people all around and a great hotel.

Called ahead saying I would be late checkin - after midnight - due to flight delay. No problem, clerk said it was fine until 2:30am. Arrived about 12am, no one in lobby or desk. No buzzer, etc. Fire alarm beeping continuously. Called the number on my reservation after waiting 10 minutes. No answer! Called repeatedly. After 15 minutes a girl comes out & says ‘checking in?’ I said I’m trying to. She said hold on and turns off the beeping alarm. Finally gets me checked in & I’ll ask if it was a non-smoking room. She said all of our rooms are non-smoking. However, the website says otherwise! I get up to the room, no hot water. The sink is clogged and barely draining. I’m too tired to do anything else but go to bed. Couldn’t even take a shower because no hot water. I walk literally 4 feet, barefoot to the bed and my feet are sticking to the floor. Disgustingly dirty room. Very little sleep will never recommend this place.

The property is very old, tubs are stained and has a odor in the rooms. The GRS was nice I tried to find a room that was tolerable for one night. I wanted to cry when I seen a bug (roach) crawling the wall. I’m terrified of bugs. Next time I’ll spend the extra money to stay I hotel in a better condition.

My room was infested with roaches. I was told that I couldn’t get a refund because the two times I went to complain no one was at the front desk, I should’ve waited until someone came back to get another room. There are burn marks on different surfaces throughout the room ex. Bathroom and air conditioner. There were roaches n the air conditioning unit and in the kitchen area.
