There was only one person behind desk. Took 1 hour to get another towel and bedding for sofa bed.
Grab & Go breakfast was not what was advertised. Two mornings there was nothing but coffee!

I received a copy of your review, and wanted to take a moment to personally respond. We are disappointed to hear that you did not have an enjoyable stay with us because we had one person behind the desk, it took so long to receive linens, and our grab-and-go breakfast was not up to your expectations. Thanks to your comments, we will be reviewing our labor model as well as our adverts of breakfast with upper management to seek ways of making improvements and ensure accurate information is being presented to our guests. I am grateful for the feedback you provided so we are able to continually improve our hotel. We do hope you will choose to stay with us again so we can have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience.
