Not what I expected

Cons: everything
Location: gret location
The door in our room would get stuck. I front desk said he would have maintenance fix it and they never came. The drain in the tub seemed to be clogged because the water would drain very slowly, again the front desk clerk said they would let maintenance know, they never came. The beds are extremely hard and the sofa bed is even worse. Definitely will not be stay here again.

There are a lot of nearby restaurants. Tough to get to during rush hour just like everything else in Atlanta

Amazing Stay

What a perfect name for the perfect hotel. The staff are courteous and the atmosphere feels like home. I actually ended up extending my stay no pun intended lol. Only thing would be nice is a hot breakfast versus granola bars but the coffee is good. Overall I would stay here again and recommend to a friend.

I have stayed at this hotel before. Our hotel room was clean and sizable. The staff are friendly but check in process is slow.

Nice hotel

Everything was nice but housekeeping do not clean unless you pay a separate fee and they have a shortage on towels and washcloths. You have to bring the dirty ones for new ones.

Trash everywhere

During our 2 day stay not once was the outside picked up nor were the hall ways. Cups and fast food bags all over the parking lots and over flowing trash cans. Asked for toilet paper and fresh sheets soap and shampoo recieved nothing but an attitude from the staff.will never step foot into any of these hotels again!
