It took us calling the reservation center to find the entrance to the property. There was NO signage anywhere to indicate the entrance. When we checked in, we were informed that there was NO hot breakfast. The room was filthy. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet. The tile on the floor was sticky and dirty. We canceled our reservation and ended up staying at another hotel.

If you book through Expedia they will tell you that you didn’t click the drivers license option. But there isn’t a ID option on Expedia. So I was denied booking with my Passport ID and they still charged me for the first day which they will have to refund me. Hotel looks very sketchy was my first time in Atlanta and also first time staying with extended stay 0/10 don’t recommend.

It was cheap. Not many bells or whistles. In comparison to other hotels, it's nothing special. It's an option if you want a bargain. However, it was clean, it was quiet, and the necessities were functional. It may not have gone above and beyond, but at least it was adequate.

The hotel had the ground floor all tore up, fixing something. I was on the second floor and it had an unpleasant smell. My room was nice although the tile floor was filthy. The bottom of my white socks were almost black from walking on that floor. The ceiling in the bathroom over the tub had a leak and wasn’t fixed. The gentleman that checked me in was great.

The rooms were extremely clean to my surprise. Staff also was very friendly with the the exception of one person. But everyone else made up for her rudeness and lack of customer service skills. Jasmine is a very skilled customer service person and I would hire her at my company. Thanks Jasmine. The housekeepers really clean the rooms and do a beautiful job!

The room was clean but the furniture and rug was badly worn. There was a sewage smell in the hallway and the smell of marijuana in the hall where my son stayed. There were groups of people hanging out in the parking lot at night. This property is clearly a place for the transient population, but is not appropriate for travelers.

I was travelling, called the primary extended stay phone to find the turnoff and was told the facility at Powers Ferry didn't exist, which was curious because my wife had made a reservation. I ended up staying at another hotel that did exist and then got billed for the reservation with your hotel, even though your call center told me it didn't exist. Thats quite a business plan! We'll never use you again and we travel alot. Thanks!

Don’t stay here
Checkin was easy but the rest of my stay was ugh. My room was dirty as in the stove area, tub, microwave. and the carpet. The next morning I tried to shower and there was NO HOT Water. My room smelled like smoke for a hotel that was non smoking. I chose this hotel because it offered breakfast. The breakfast was cold coffee, granola bars and hard muffins. I had to go find a place to eat before my meeting. I will never pick this hotel again to stay. I rather sleep in my truck. At least it will smell fresh and be comfortable.

SUFFICIENT for your needs when you need it
This hotel is just what you need when you needed it. Rather your a family traveling, moving or displaced, this hotel is clean and safe. Its SUFFICIENT to your needs. My stay was comfortably, just like any time i travel i always bring my own cleaning products for my mind comfort. But overall the staff was great very helpful
