Room condition, bedding, & other issues.

Check-in was slow due to lack of staff. After check-in, it was discovered that the bed sheets were dirty. When replacements were requested, the staff wanted us to come to the office to get them. Unacceptable. Then the replacements were dirty as well, so a third set was exchanged and WE made the bed before we could feel comfortable to get into it.
The room smelled of bleach upon entering. It took another day before the smell dissipated to an acceptable level.
There was no hot water for the bathroom sink. The staff didn't seem to think they could do anything about it. Luckily, there was hot water using the bathtub/shower or the kitchenette sink.
We won't stay at an Extended Stay again despite the low cost. Guess we discovered that you get what you pay for.
