Great work hotel

I was pleasantly surprised about the accomdations. The room was big and spacious. It included a kitchen with a microwave and big size refrigerator. Great place to stay for any person in transition and for travel work.

Extremely disappointed!

Pros: Location
Cons: Ice machine
Staff was pleasant. Checked in and got to my room to open the door to what felt like a Fabreeze commercial. The room had the stench of a greasy fish fry! It was horrible!! I quickly ran out to get air freshener but decided there was no way I could sleep in that room with that horrible odor. Luckily there was another room available and I moved to only find that there was a 10 inch diameter hole in the ceiling and come to find out that the smoke alarm was supposed to have been there. So, my first room stunk and my second room was out of code for safety.

Pleasing Hotel close to shopping areas easy Parkin

Pros: Near by shopping centers is what we liked the most of this hotel and also the easy access parking lot of the Hotel
Cons: Definitely the after hours attendance needs lots of attention and also the after hours call system need lots of improvement
Location: The location is acceptable however we didn't had time enough to judge the things to do around the Hotel
Our first bad ( experience ) impression was the fact that we arrived to check in just before mid night due to our delayed flight and had to stand outside the main entrance for about 2 hrs because the front desk clerk were no where in sight despite we rang on the outside phone no one was available, after the phone rang for a very long time we got and answering machine then a live person, after explaining our situation that person also tried contacting the front desk clerk but then told us that someone would come over to assist us from another Hotel which never happened, and this same pattern continue for 2 hrs with at least 6 different live phone operators, in the mean time we managed to get into the lobby when a guest left the Hotel at that time we started knocking on several doors including the Laundry department door then after a long wile suddenly the front desk clerk appeared with the excuse that she were not feeling well and went to lay down in her car and fell a sleep and apologized for having us wait that long outside the building, she then took our info and gave us a room which to our surprised turned out to be a room for the handicap with the bars in the bathroom, the next morning we met another clerk who never even new that we were in that Hotel because apparently we were not checked in officially. For all the years traveling and staying in Hotels this was our first bad ( impression ) experience, especially knowing that we stayed in Extended stays several times

Good for business travel

Pros: location, property kept up well
Cons: breakfast, pool closed
Location: lots of restaurants, shopping centers, etc. you could walk to a MARTA station, grocery store, and more.
This is a fine place for an inexpensive but safe option. In a great location and close to lots of things. The TV was on when I got to the room, which freaked me out a little but no one was there. The front desk assured me it was left on from housekeeping. The AC unit wasn't cold but the maintenance man fixed it the next day. Breakfast is basically coffee and a granola bar. You have to ask for silverware, plates, and such for the kitchenette which they had a hard time finding. I was disappointed to see the pool closed though it was 85-90 degrees all week. Overall the hotel served its purpose for the price.

Very quiet and comfortable

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location away from the main road was perfectly quite. The room was clean and beds were comfy. I would have loved to have a full length mirror in the room but other than that all was well.

Far out from Lenox and downtown ABOUT 25 mins

Pros: That it was really quiet at this property
Cons: Housekeeping that they don't offer service until the 4th day of stay
Location: Everything that I was interested in was pretty far out
I did not like that staff was on the phone talking about personal issues at work. I understand we all have life's and things going on and i actually work in a hotel and this would not fly where I work I won't be staying here again tho.

Decent hotel in a nice area. No complaints.

Hotel was what I needed. Decent bed, clean area, big bathroom, and friendly staff. Slight smell to the room, but it was great. I didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, but overall it was a great experience.

The area of the hotel was really nice.

The area was really nice. It's around the corner from Marta and Perimeter Mall. About 15 minutes or less from Lenox Mall & Phipps Plaza. Upon arrival accidentally went to the extended stay on crest line which shares the same parking lot as this one on peach tree dunwoody. So happy to have been at the wrong one because the staff at peach tree dunwoody were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel in the Atlanta area.

bad smell and Centipedes:

Pros: rate were good but too much considering the bad smell
Cons: find the cause of the smell and clean it.
Location: location was close to where I was working at for the two weeks. I don't know about things to do .. I had no time for that.
stayed here for two weeks, couldn't change motels since I booked through expedia and would have been charged full price. the room was clean bed comfortable nice shower. but the room had a bad smell to it. seemed if the stove and hood exhaust was used, the smell would be worse and I would find centipedes in the bathroom later that night or early in the morning....didn't bother to change rooms since the whole motel smelt odd/bad to me. I used a bottle of fabreeze and the air fresheners that you clip into your ac vent in the cars but didn't do much for the smell. Not much light in the parking lot... I left and returned from work in the dark. Not very safe for the ladies.
