Good Hotel for a Good Price

Pros: I like the location and the convenience it offers.
Location: You can visit the aquarium, World of Coke, Underground Atlanta, and the Sky View Faris Wheel. These are just a few iimportant things to do in town.
The staff is very friendly and acommodating. I arrived into town 9:30am and they allowed me to check into a room before the official 3pm check in. Call in advance for this accommodation. The rooms are convenient, equipped with a kitchenette (sink, mirowave, refrigerator, ice bucket, coffe pot), sofa, iron/ironing board, two tvs and spacious bathroom. Some positive features are the mimi fitness center, complimentary breakfast, laundry facility, and a hotel shuttle that takes you within a two mile radius of the hotel for shopping and site seeing purposes. Overall, you will love your stay. It's right in the heart of downtown Atlanta where many important sites are located.

Had a seven-night stay at this hotel.

Pros: That it was a suite for the price of a regular room. It was very comfortable for a seven-night stay.
Location: There were people loitering right outside the entrance 24 hours a day. One had to go through them each time to enter the hotel.
It was a very nice suite with a very nice bathroom.

You are welcomed and treated so great by all the staff. Everyone was lovely. Lobby and elevators need work but rooms were clean and the bed was great. Location good too

From the moment we got to the hotel, the service was awesome! We got right into our room which was spacious and clean. Tamika at the front desk was awesome, as well as our shuttle driver Telisha. And the ladies who serve breakfast even sang to the guests in the morning. Can't say enough about everyone's southern hospitality. If I travel back to Alanta again, I would most definitely stay here!!

Spring Break in Atlanta

Upon arrival the Valets and Front Desk staff were engaging, friendly & helpful. All with warm and inviting personalities. The hospitality staff were polite & thorough. The accommodations were above expection and very comfortable.

Best hotel service from staff I have ever had!! Room was very nice and clean! Anything I asked for was dealt with ASAP (I ask for extra regular coffee -- was brought to my room within a half hour of my request). Bed was so comfortable. I would stay again!

The Valet crew did a great job, were very personable. The neighborhood changed quickly in the half mile from the arena and we did not feel comfortable walking to the hotel at night. We were thankful to be able to take uber right to the door.

unpaid "Uber" driver for Beiber concert...

Took my daughter and her friend to Atlanta from MS for Justin Beiber concert. Hotel was conveniently located about 10 minute walk from Phillips center. Pros - convenient location (Marta and underground within close vicinity), complimentary shuttle to concert but had to walk back because of time shuttle stopped running, very courteous and helpful staff, free earplugs were a cute added touch, overall room was okay with cons listed below, once underground and surrounding stores closed at 8 (on weekdays) not much else around except for a Waffle House right next door. Cons - elevator was very slow, had double beds; one had a nice mattress and the other was soft and no where near "premium bedding", the couch was in bad need of replacing, the free internet was not very good, the water pressure in bathroom was very weak, hotel is old (built in 1912) and last but not least, $30 for overnight parking is a bit steep...
